1. 核心架构设计：负责 Cyberbrick（CB）项目核心 Coding Agent 的架构设计与研发，构建适用于嵌入式代码开发与交互式 Debug 的智能化工作流（Workflow & Agentic Loop）; 2. 交互式Debug与代码修复：针对小白用户场景，设计并实现从错误日志（Warning/Lint）提取、根因分析到代码自动修复的完整链路，持续提升自动化修复率与可靠性; 3. 复杂任务规划与执行：攻克代码级长任务（Long-context）难题，设计高鲁棒性的任务拆解（Plan & Todo）、工具调用（Tool Use）、状态捕获（Hook）及多Agent协同（DAG）机制; 4. Agent平台化与基建：主导 Agent Harness 及底层运行平台的建设，完善工具链、Trace收集、监控体系及评测集（如对标 SWE-bench 等指标的内部评测体系）; 5. 模型微调与效能优化：基于开源大模型（如千问、DeepSeek等）进行 Code 场景的微调探索；结合工业落地场景，优化推理加速（如 KV Cache、算子优化），在保证效果的前提下严格把控计算资源成本与 ROI; 6. 技术攻坚与落地：作为核心技术骨干，带领团队完成从技术 POC 到产品化、平台化、业务线规模化落地的全过程。

1. 学历与经验：计算机或相关专业本科及以上学历；具备扎实的 AI for Coding / Code Agent 领域的研发经验，有千万级/百万级真实缺陷修复或代码生成项目“从0到1”落地经验者优先; 2. Agent技术栈：对大模型 Agent 架构有深刻理解，熟练掌握复杂排障 Agent、任务 DAG、Plan & Todo 状态管理等技术方案，不盲目迷信纯 Agent，能根据场景灵活选择 Workflow 或 Agentic Loop; 3. 模型与算法能力：熟悉主流开源大模型的使用与微调，具备 Code Copilot / Code LLM 穿刺验证经验；了解大模型推理加速技术（如 CUDA 算子优化、KV Cache 等底层 Infra 知识）; 4. 工程落地能力：具备极强的工程化思维与平台化建设能力，熟悉代码静态检查、编译报错处理，能独立完成从算法策略到工程部署的端到端闭环; 5. 业务与成本意识：具备敏锐的工业界落地视角，有明确的成本意识，能精准平衡模型能力、响应速度与推理资源消耗; 6. 综合素质：极强的自我驱动力与技术热情（主动跟进 Arxiv 前沿论文并转化为工具）；具备优秀的逻辑分析能力、跨团队协作推动能力，以及带领技术团队攻坚的潜力。
