岗位职责 全球诉讼管理与侵权应对（攻守兼备） 1. 负责拓竹全球范围内的Soft IP（著作权、商标权为主，辅以反不正当竞争）诉讼案件处理。作为主力，主导制定并执行全球维权策略，针对侵犯公司3D模型版权、软件著作权、品牌商标等行为发起主动维权诉讼。 2. 深度参与并主导应对外部第三方（如竞争对手、非专利/版权实施实体）针对拓竹发起的知识产权侵权指控及诉讼纠纷，制定抗辩、反诉、和解等诉讼应对策略，有效化解公司法律风险，维护公司商业利益。 3. 独立或协同全球外部律师处理国内外知识产权纠纷，组织并审核起诉状、答辩状、证据清单等核心法律文件，精准把控诉讼程序中的关键时间节点与核心证据链。 MakerWorld平台治理与Soft IP合规建设 4. 主导MakerWorld（MW）等3D模型社区平台的Soft IP合规体系建设，制定、优化平台用户服务协议、版权政策及社区治理规则，确保平台符合全球主流司法辖区（如中国、美国、欧盟）的平台责任合规要求。 5. 负责完善并运营MW平台高效的在线侵权投诉处理机制，妥善处理创客、设计师、IP方之间的版权与商标纠纷，维护健康的社区生态。 6. 针对平台涉及的AIGC（生成式AI模型））等前沿知产问题进行深度法律研究，输出合规指引，保障平台业务在安全合规的前提下快速迭代。 外部资源与项目管理 7. 负责全球外部律师事务所、知识产权代理机构及第三方调查公司的筛选、管理、评估与预算控制，建立科学的律所KPI考核机制，最大化维权投资回报率（ROI）。 8. 协调内部研发、产品、品牌、运营、PR等跨部门资源，完成侵权取证、技术比对、证据固化及诉讼支持工作。

必要条件 1.拥有法学、知识产权法等相关专业统招本科及以上学历，通过中国国家统一法律职业资格考试（A证）。 2.拥有5年及以上知名律师事务所或出海硬件/互联网大厂法务部工作经验，其中至少3年专注于Soft IP（著作权、商标）诉讼、维权及平台打假实操经验。 3.英语可作为日常及法律工作语言，具备流利的听说读写能力，能够独立审查英文法律文书，并与海外外部律师进行无障碍业务沟通。 4.具备优秀的诉讼实操与项目管理能力，能够独立或主导跨国诉讼项目，逻辑严密，抗压能力强，具备强烈的目标达成意识。 加分项 1.拥有海外留学背景（LL.M.或J.D.学位），或通过美国（如加州、纽约州）等境外律师职业资格考试。 2.熟悉互联网平台合规（DMCA/DSA）及跨境电商维权生态（如亚马逊、淘天等）。 3.具有3D打印、开源软件、创客/3D模型社区（如Thingiverse, Printables）或智能硬件行业知识产权经验者优先。
