1、本科以上学历，质量或工艺相关领域5年左右的工作经验； 2、精通注塑件、硅橡胶、包材两个或以上品类的质量管理，了解注塑和硅橡胶的模具结构，具备一定的工艺技能； 3、精通质量管理体系，如ISO9001、QC080000，熟练掌握8D、QC七大手法、MSA等质量工具； 4、具备良好的沟通与组织协调能力。
