1.负责产品需求分析、评审，提前规避风险，制定系统性的测试方案和测试计划，保障产品全生命周期中固件的版本质量； 2.负责功能/性能/压力等相关测试工作，编写专项测试脚本，落地自动化测试机制，持续推进测试效率提升； 3.对测试中的问题进行有效识别和管理，具备较强的溯源分析能力，主导推动各类技术问题的解决； 4.识别进度、流程、质量风险并提出合理建议，推动研发团队质量意识与质量体系持续建设。

1. 本科及以上学历，电子、通信、计算机、自动化、软件工程等相关专业； 2. 熟悉计算机基础知识和软件测试理论及方法，有一定的代码及脚本编写能力，了解python、shell、java、C或C++等编程语言其中之一优先，了解Linux、数据库基础操作； 3. 具备较强测试规划、测试统筹及质量风险把控意识； 4. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力和沟通协作能力，抗压性强，有较强的自驱力和执行力。 加分项 有 UV 打印、喷墨打印或数码印刷相关产品测试经验 担任过模块或项目测试代表角色，有一定项目管理经验
