1.新品全链路管控 ·牵头新品单品定义与跨部门评审，梳理全量单品清单，明确核心信息并形成可追溯档案。 ·主导试产计划、节点管控与转量产判定，统筹新品前3个月交付策略，保障首批交付顺利落地。 2.变更与物料数据管理 ·统筹 ECN 变更、单品新增等需求，规范流程并跟进落地，做好变更记录归档。 ·负责 BOM 管理与首件验收，确保 BOM 物料与实物一致，规避错料、漏料风险。 3.量产后交付与异常管控 ·承接量产后单品持续交付，对接备件预测与产销组，保障交付流程顺畅 ·监控售后交付风险，跟进进度并处理异常，制定应急策略，优先保障售后维修不断供。 ·牵头跨部门问题解决与 RCA 根因分析，推动复盘闭环与流程优化。 4.知识沉淀与协同 ·维护备件知识库，沉淀备件规格、适配关系等知识。 ·收集全链路数据，沉淀经验为下一代单品优化提供支撑。 ·对接多部门建立高效协同机制，解决跨部门卡点，提升整体效率。
