Role Overview

The People Operations & Talent Acquisition Lead will own the end-to-end talent function — from sourcing and assessing candidates to matching and placing them with clients. This role sits at the core of the business and directly impacts hiring success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple industries
  • Source candidates using creative and non-traditional methods
  • Conduct structured candidate screening and assessments
  • Translate client needs into clear candidate profiles
  • Match and present high-quality candidates to clients
  • Manage stakeholder communication (clients & internal teams)
  • Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
  • Improve and scale recruitment processes

Requirements

  • 3–4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
  • Proven experience placing candidates across multiple roles/industries
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
