The posting

Bareen er et dansk fashion brand med kvalitet i fokus. Vi søger en datadrevet E-commerce Manager til at tage medejerskab over vores online forretning i tæt samarbejde med vores Digital Director. Du kommer til at sidde i vores marketing & e-com afdeling og vil arbejde tæt sammen med vores content og marketing team.

Dine opgaver

  • Stå for den daglige drift og optimering af webshoppen: produktopsætning, kollektionslanceringer, kampagner og sitekvalitet.
  • Udvikling af site i samarbejde med bureau
  • Drive CRO: finde friktion i funnel, opstille hypoteser, køre A/B-tests og implementere det der virker
  • Arbejde med e-mail og CRM-data i Klaviyo: segmentering, flows, kampagner og retention.
  • Dashboards og rapportering af performance til Digital Director
  • Bygge og udvikle automatisering, herunder brug af AI
  • Koordinere med marketing, content og supply chain, så lanceringer og kampagner kører gnidningsfrit
  • Være med til at udvikle webshoppen i flere markeder

Du har

  • Minimum 2-3 års erfaring med e-commerce, gerne i Shopify
  • Hands-on erfaring med Klaviyo eller et lignende e-mailværktøj
  • Erfaring med Shopify Analytics, GA4 eller lignende analyseværktøjer og gode Excel/Google Sheets-evner
  • Forståelse for CRO og A/B-test.
  • Overblik over mange projekter på én gang

Du er

  • Nysgerrig på data og god til at omdanne tal til konkrete indsigter og prioriteringer
  • Selvkørende og eksekverende, også når tempoet er højt
  • Teknisk skarp nok til at forstå logikken i systemer og integrationer, uden nødvendigvis at være udvikler
  • Interesseret i mode, sport eller brands
  • Drevet af at skabe den bedst mulige kundeoplevelse
  • Flydende på dansk og engelsk

Det er et plus, hvis du

  • Har arbejdet med headless Shopify, et CMS som Sanity eller Shopify generelt
  • Har erfaring med Shopify Markets eller international ekspandering inden for e-commerce
  • Har erfaring inden for mode eller livsstilsbranchen
