E-commerce Manager (Shopify Expert)

## Job Summary The E-commerce Manager (Shopify Expert) will be responsible for managing and scaling the company's e-commerce website on Shopify. This role involves overseeing website development, optimization, and performance to enhance user experience, increase conversions, and drive sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Shopify and a strategic mindset to optimize the entire e-commerce funnel.

## Responsibilities - Manage and customize the Shopify store, focusing on UI/UX improvements to enhance customer engagement. - Execute campaign drops, sales setups, and create compelling landing pages to boost conversions. - Manage product uploads, updates, and detailed product pages to ensure accuracy and appeal. - Optimize the user journey and conversion rate (CRO), including checkout flow improvements and A/B testing. - Oversee order management and fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. - Implement and manage email marketing campaigns and traffic optimization strategies. - Monitor website performance, analyze analytics, and track funnel metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Troubleshoot website, payment, and checkout issues promptly to minimize disruptions. - Handle integrations with payment gateways, Shiprocket, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.

## Qualifications - 2-4 years of experience in Shopify development and management, with proficiency in Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Strong understanding of e-commerce funnels and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). - Experience with email marketing tools and campaign management. - Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixel, and CRM tools. - Ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. - Educational qualifications: Not specified, but relevant technical skills are essential.
