BarentsKrans biedt universitaire rechtenstudenten in de laatste fase van hun bachelor of tijdens hun master de mogelijkheid om praktijkervaring op te doen binnen het notariaat door middel van een studentstage. Als student-stagiaire werk je twee maanden (fulltime) mee op het notariaat van de secties Corporate / M&A, Familiebedrijf- en vermogen en Vastgoed: je bent dus niet gebonden aan één rechtsgebied, maar kan meedraaien binnen ons hele notariaat. Zo kom je erachter waar je interesses liggen, leer je onze (notariële) praktijk goed kennen en ontmoet je kandidaat-notarissen vanuit het hele kantoor. Natuurlijk kun je ook zelf de koers bepalen voor je studentstage en de focus leggen op de rechtsgebieden waar je interesse in hebt.

Als student-stagiaire sluit je aan bij sectielunches en neem je deel aan jurisprudentiebesprekingen. Daarnaast drink je dagelijks een kopje koffie of thee met de andere student-stagiaires waarbij ervaringen worden gedeeld en ben je natuurlijk welkom bij alle sociale kantooractiviteiten. Kortom, een leerzame en leuke studentstage waarbij je kan ontdekken of het notariaat en ons kantoor écht bij jou passen!

BarentsKrans is een onafhankelijk, Nederlands advocaten- en notarissenkantoor. Met ruim 170 kantoorgenoten werken wij aan mooie juridische uitdagingen, zowel nationaal als internationaal. Wij hebben een vestiging in het centrum van Den Haag en op de Zuidas in Amsterdam. Ons kantoor bestaat uit de volgende secties: Arbeidsrecht, Banking & Finance, Cassatie, Commerciële Contracten, Corporate, Commercial & Financial Litigation, Corporate / M&A, EU & Mededinging, IE, Data & Technologie en Vastgoed.

Jouw profiel

  • je bevindt je in de laatste fase van je bachelor of in je master Notarieel recht (of je bent zeer recent afgestudeerd);
  • nevenactiviteiten, vrijwilligerswerk, (bij)banen, hobby’s of andere bezigheden waaruit je ambities en persoonlijke ontwikkeling blijken zijn een pre;
  • je kunt je zowel mondeling als schriftelijk uitstekend uitdrukken in het Nederlands; en
  • je bent gedurende één van de openstaande stageperiodes beschikbaar. De stageperiodes kun je vinden op het sollicitatieformulier. Staat jouw gewenste stageperiode er niet tussen? Neem dan contact op met onze recruiters.

Ons aanbod

  • een mooie kans om praktijkervaring op te doen bij een groot en professioneel kantoor met een goede reputatie en hoge rankings (o.a. The Legal 500, PropertyNL en Chambers);
  • goede begeleiding door je mentor, stagebuddy en de kandidaat-notarissen voor wie je werkzaamheden verricht;
  • de mogelijkheid om werkzaamheden te verrichten voor het hele notariaat waardoor je veel leert en kan ontdekken waar je goed in bent;
  • een mooie werkplek op een kamer met een van onze kandidaat-notarissen of andere student-stagiaires;
  • een informele werkomgeving met veel leuke kantooractiviteiten, zoals teamuitjes, donderdagmiddagborrels en kantoorfeesten;
  • een stageovereenkomst voor de duur van twee maanden;
  • een stagevergoeding van € 750,- bruto per maand op fulltime basis (37,5 uur per week) en een lunchkostenvergoeding; en
  • een volledige ov-reiskostenvergoeding (als je geen recht (meer) hebt op een studenten ov-abonnement), of
  • een bijdrage in de kosten voor huisvesting wanneer je buiten de Randstad woont. De vergoeding bedraagt € 350,- netto per maand.
