Czym będziesz się zajmować:

  • wspierać użytkowników IFS Cloud i pomagać im rozwiązywać codzienne problemy,
  • analizować zgłoszenia i szukać przyczyn błędów zanim problem zdąży urosnąć do rangi „pilne na wczoraj”,
  • analizować dane i diagnozować problemy przy wykorzystaniu SQL
  • współpracować z biznesem, zespołami IT, konsultantami ERP i zewnętrznymi dostawcami,
  • wspierać działanie integracji pomiędzy IFS Cloud a innymi systemami,
  • zajmować się tematami związanymi z EDI i wymianą danych,
  • testować nowe funkcjonalności, zmiany i aktualizacje systemu,
  • brać udział w projektach rozwojowych i wdrożeniowych,
  • tworzyć instrukcje i dzielić się wiedzą z użytkownikami,
  • szukać sposobów na usprawnianie i automatyzację procesów.
  • mieć minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w pracy z systemami ERP,
  • znać IFS Cloud / IFS Applications- szczególnie w obszarach sprzedaży, dystrybucji, magazynów lub transportu,
  • swobodnie poruszać się w SQL i potrafisz analizować dane,
  • znać zagadnienia związane z integracją systemów i EDI,
  • rozumieć procesy sprzedażowe, logistyczne i magazynowe
  • znać język angielski na poziomie pozwalającym na swobodną pracę z dokumentacją i komunikację z zagranicznymi partnerami,
  • potrafić samodzielnie diagnozować problemy i nie odpuszczać po pierwszym komunikacie o błędzie,
  • umieć rozmawiać zarówno z użytkownikiem biznesowym, jak i osobą techniczną i znaleźć wspólny język z każdym z nich.
  • umowę o pracę, czyli stabilność przede wszystkim,
  • pracę w doświadczonym zespole – wiedza jest, można korzystać, 😉
  • prywatną opiekę medyczną, bo lepiej zapobiegać niż diagnozować błędy systemu,
