Twoje zadania

  • Organizowanie i nadzorowanie pracy zespołu produkcyjnego podczas zmiany.
  • Realizacja planów produkcyjnych z uwzględnieniem wymaganych wskaźników efektywności, jakości i wydajności.
  • Zapewnienie bezpiecznych warunków pracy oraz egzekwowanie przestrzegania zasad BHP.
  • Monitorowanie przebiegu produkcji, reagowanie na odchylenia i podejmowanie działań korygujących.
  • Nadzorowanie przestrzegania standardów pracy, instrukcji i procedur jakościowych.
  • Rozwijanie kompetencji pracowników, udzielanie informacji zwrotnej i wspieranie ich w codziennych zadaniach.
  • Współpraca z działami wspierającymi w celu rozwiązywania problemów technicznych, jakościowych i organizacyjnych.
  • Doświadczenie w pracy w środowisku produkcyjnym, mile widziane na stanowisku lidera, brygadzisty lub mistrza.
  • Umiejętność organizowania pracy i koordynowania zadań zespołu.
  • Umiejętność podejmowania decyzji oraz skutecznego rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętności udzielania informacji zwrotnej i prowadzenia rozmów z pracownikami.
  • Nastawienie na realizację celów, poprawę wyników i ciągłe doskonalenie.
  • Gotowość do pracy w systemie zmianowym.
  • Stabilne zatrudnienie w oparciu o umowę o pracę.
