Você é um profissional consultivo, gosta de entender os desafios do cliente e transformar problemas operacionais em soluções técnicas de alto valor agregado? A Baron, está em constante crescimento e busca um(a) Consultor(a) de Vendas Técnicas para atuar no desenvolvimento de novos negócios e na expansão da nossa presença no mercado industrial. Você será responsável por conduzir negociações consultivas, identificar oportunidades, desenvolver relacionamentos estratégicos e contribuir diretamente para o crescimento da empresa.

Principais responsabilidades: * Desenvolver novos clientes em segmentos industriais como mineração, siderurgia, cimenteiras, agronegócio, portos, fertilizantes, papel e celulose, entre outros; * Comercializar soluções em polímeros de engenharia para redução de desgaste, aumento da produtividade e diminuição de custos de manutenção; * Identificar oportunidades e diagnosticar as necessidades dos clientes, propondo soluções técnicas adequadas para cada aplicação; * Elaborar propostas comerciais, conduzir negociações e acompanhar todo o ciclo de vendas, da prospecção ao pós-venda; * Gerenciar e fortalecer o relacionamento com clientes, parceiros e contas estratégicas; * Manter o CRM atualizado, garantindo uma gestão eficiente do funil de vendas; * Trabalhar em conjunto com Engenharia, PCP, Produção e Qualidade para desenvolver as melhores soluções para cada projeto; * Acompanhar indicadores comerciais, metas e oportunidades de crescimento da carteira; * Monitorar o mercado, concorrentes e identificar oportunidades de novos negócios, upsell e cross-sell.

* Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Engenharia ou áreas correlatas; * Experiência com vendas técnicas consultivas, preferencialmente no segmento industrial; * Facilidade para negociação, relacionamento e desenvolvimento de novos negócios; * CNH categoria B; * Disponibilidade para viagens.

Diferenciais: * Experiência com mineração, siderurgia, cimento, agronegócio, papel e celulose ou demais segmentos industriais; * Vivência com produtos técnicos, manutenção industrial ou engenharia de aplicação; * Conhecimento em leitura e interpretação de desenhos técnicos; * Experiência com vendas B2B de ciclo consultivo e tickets de maior valor.
