Le Resort Barrière Lille recherche Un(e) Extra Voiturier-Bagagiste

Sous la responsabilité de notre Chef de Réception, vous intégrerez une équipe jeune et dynamique de 14 personnes au sein de notre Resort, Hôtel 5* comprenant un Spa, un Casino, un restaurant, trois bars, un espace séminaire, un théâtre et fort d'un effectif de 280 collaborateurs.

Description du poste

Vous serez chargé(e) d’assurer le meilleur accueil aux clients et faciliter leur séjour.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SERONT…

  • Contribuer à l'accueil et au service des clients à leur entrée et à leur sortie de l'établissement
  • Procéder au stationnement des véhicules des clients avec précaution
  • Prendre les bagages en chambre au départ du client, les mettre en attente si besoin, les charger dans le véhicule concerné
  • Gérer la relation et l'information clientèle, s'assurer en permanence de sa satisfaction et/ou de son insatisfaction et agir en conséquence

Qualifications

Vous avez le sens des responsabilités, du service client et de la perfection ? Vous êtes doté d'une grande capacité relationnelle et avez une bonne conduite ? Vous êtes sûrement le Voiturier - Bagagiste que nous recherchons !

Vous détenez obligatoirement le permis B en cours de validité et parlez anglais couramment.

Votre plus? Une expérience dans l’hôtellerie.
