Wil jij een essentiële rol spelen in het ondersteunen van ons HR-team en bijdragen aan de groei van onze organisatie?

Als HR Support bij BAS ben jij de spil in de operationele en administratieve HR-processen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze HR Business Partners zich kunnen focussen op strategisch advies, terwijl jij het aanspreekpunt bent voor collega's en leidinggevenden en daarnaast de administratieve HR-taken vlekkeloos coördineert en uitvoert. Dit is de perfecte kans voor een gedreven HR-professional die wil groeien in verantwoordelijkheid en impact wil maken voor onze medewerkers en managers.

BAS is een organisatie actief in de automotive en beschikt, naast technische specialisten zoals monteurs en service adviseurs, over een IT afdeling van meer dan 80 FTE, diverse Sales, Inkoop en stafafdelingen. Binnen BAS worden daarnaast zo’n 25 verschillende vreemde talen gesproken en we opereren zowel lokaal als internationaal. Als HR Support speel je een cruciale rol, je werkt nauw samen met collega’s en het management om zowel onze mensen als de organisatie te laten groeien.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-gerelateerde vragen van zowel managers als medewerkers binnen BAS;
  • Ondersteunen van HR Business Partners bij administratieve afsluitingen (urenregistratie, rapportages en mutaties);
  • Vacatureopvolging in ons HR systeem (AFAS) en beheer van in- en uitdiensttreding;
  • Operationele HR-taken zoals het verwerken van mutaties en inregelen van opvolgingen op thema’s als Verzuim, Verlof en de gehele in-, door-, en uitstroom;
  • Standaard HR-controles & analyses: Je helpt bij controles en het genereren van rapportages die bijdragen aan strategische HR-beslissingen;
  • Samenwerken met het Service Center en HR Projectmanager om verbeteringen in HR-systemen en processen door te voeren;
  • Actief bijdragen aan HR-projecten en de uitvoering van beleidswijzigingen.

Jouw specificaties

  • Je hebt affiniteit met operationele en administratieve (HR-)taken, op MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur richting HRM of backoffice gerelateerde werkzaamheden;
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in je werk;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving en houdt van samenwerken;
  • Je toont initiatief, bent proactief en hebt een resultaatgerichte mindset.
