The posting

Ter uitbreiding van ons financiële team zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Financial met ambitie. Je komt te werken in een ambitieus en enthousiast team van 14 collega’s, waar samenwerken, leren en verbeteren centraal staan.

Je start in de basis van onze financiële administratie: je leert de processen van binnenuit kennen door mee te werken aan het boeken van facturen en betalingen. Vanuit die basis groei je snel door naar inhoudelijk werk. Je draagt bij aan de maandafsluiting, analyseert cijfers en werkt actief mee aan procesverbetering en het optimaliseren van rapportages.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het verwerken en controleren van financiële transacties en het bewaken van de kwaliteit van de administratie;
  • Het voorbereiden van journaalposten, afstemmingen en balansspecificaties voor de maandafsluiting;
  • Het analyseren van resultaten en het toelichten van afwijkingen;
  • Het meewerken aan (management)rapportages en het verbeteren daarvan;
  • Het signaleren van inefficiënties en het doorvoeren van verbeteringen in processen en systemen;
  • Het ondersteunen bij internationale financiële vraagstukken, zoals btw en intercompany-transacties.

Kortom, een rol met veel vrijheid waarin je de financiële organisatie in de volle breedte leert kennen, met een duidelijk perspectief richting bijvoorbeeld Financial Controller of Business Controller.

Jouw specificaties

  • Opleiding: afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding in een financiële richting, zoals Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy, Finance & Control of Economie. Net afgestudeerd? Dan ben je van harte welkom;
  • Ervaring: niet noodzakelijk; een stage of bijbaan in finance is een pre;
  • Je hebt sterk analytisch vermogen en cijfermatig inzicht, en kijkt graag verder dan de cijfers zelf;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, en denkt actief mee over hoe het beter kan;
  • Je hebt goede kennis van Excel en leert snel nieuwe software kennen;
  • Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk;
  • Je bent leergierig, ambitieus en werkt graag in een team.
