The posting

Ter uitbreiding van ons financiële team zijn wij op zoek naar een Medewerker Crediteurenadministratie. Je komt te werken in een ambitieus en enthousiast team van 14 collega’s, waar samenwerken, leren en verbeteren centraal staan.

In deze rol ben jij de spil in de verwerking van onze inkoopfacturen. Je zorgt ervoor dat facturen correct worden geboekt, gecontroleerd en op tijd worden betaald. Omdat we internationaal zakendoen, krijg je te maken met leveranciers uit heel Europa en daarbuiten.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het inboeken, coderen en controleren van inkoopfacturen;
  • Het matchen van facturen met inkooporders en ontvangsten, en het uitzoeken van verschillen;
  • Het voorbereiden van betalingen;
  • Het beantwoorden van vragen van leveranciers en interne collega’s, ook in het Engels;
  • Het bijhouden van de crediteurenadministratie en het opschonen van openstaande posten;
  • Ondersteunende administratieve werkzaamheden voor het financiële team.

Kortom, een afwisselende rol waarin nauwkeurigheid het verschil maakt en waarin je ruimte krijgt om ook zelf verbeteringen in het proces aan te dragen.

Jouw specificaties

  • Opleiding: afgeronde MBO-opleiding niveau 3 of 4 in een financiële of administratieve richting, bijvoorbeeld Financieel Administratief Medewerker. Net afgestudeerd? Ook dan ben je welkom.
  • Ervaring: niet noodzakelijk, maar ervaring met crediteurenadministratie of een boekhoudpakket is een pre.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt van een opgeruimde administratie.
  • Je hebt goed cijfermatig inzicht en leert snel nieuwe software kennen.
  • Je communiceert goed in het Nederlands en Engels, mondeling en schriftelijk.
  • Je bent een teamspeler die zich verantwoordelijk voelt voor zijn of haar werk.
