In 2027 zijn er 3 opleidingsplaatsen beschikbaar in OOR Leiden voor de functie van aios revalidatiegeneeskunde, 2 daarvan starten in Den Haag en 1 in Leiden.

De opleiding tot revalidatiearts

In OOR Leiden wordt de opleiding tot revalidatiearts vormgegeven in de samenwerking tussen Basalt, het Leids Universitair Medisch Centrum (LUMC), Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC), en het Reinier de Graafgasthuis (RdGG). Het betreft een 4-jarige opleiding bestaande uit de volgende opleidingsonderdelen: klinische revalidatie, poliklinische revalidatie, poliklinische kinderrevalidatie, ziekenhuisrevalidatie, een (keuze) stage en een wetenschapsstage, hiernaast is er ruimte voor een profileringsopdracht.

Hoeveel uur kom je werken?

De functie van aios revalidatiegeneeskunde wordt voor 38 uur per week plus 10 opleidingsuren vervuld, verdeeld over 5 dagen per week. Je bent in loondienst van Basalt.

Wat kun jij de revalidatiegeneeskunde bieden?

Je hebt de studie geneeskunde afgerond en bent aantoonbaar gegrepen door de vele facetten van de revalidatiegeneeskunde. Belangstelling voor en ervaring met wetenschappelijk onderzoek en ervaring in de revalidatiegeneeskunde, neurologie, (orthopedische) chirurgie of interne geneeskunde strekken tot de aanbeveling. Je functioneert uitstekend in een interdisciplinair team. Je ben leergierig en beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wat kunnen wij voor jou betekenen?

Je wordt opgeleid in een ambitieuze omgeving met bevlogen opleiders en supervisoren, die een goede regionale revalidatiezorg en verschillende top-referente speerpunten centraal stellen. Er is een uitstekende samenwerking tussen de verschillende deelnemende opleidingsinstellingen, zoals vastgelegd in een regionaal opleidingsplan. De opleiding biedt op hoog niveau regionaal en lokaal onderwijs. Afhankelijk van wetenschappelijke interesse staat ook de wetenschappelijke vorming centraal, doe je een eigen onderzoek met een beoogde uitkomst een publicatie en behoort promotieonderzoek tot de mogelijkheden. Een verdiepingsstage van een half jaar is aan de hand van de eigen leerdoelen naar keuze in te vullen. Basalt biedt een arbeidsovereenkomst en opleidingsovereenkomst voor de duur van 4 jaar, van waaruit naar de ziekenhuizen wordt gedetacheerd. De Cao Ziekenhuizen is van toepassing met goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals mogelijkheid voor collectieve ziektekostenverzekering, bedrijfsfietsenregeling en een tabletregeling. Verder kent de Cao Ziekenhuizen een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% over het jaarsalaris. De salarisschaal werknemers die een opleiding volgen tot specialist van de Cao Ziekenhuizen is van toepassing.
