  • Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung: Du verantwortest den stabilen, sicheren und performanten Betrieb unserer Datenbanklandschaft über verschiedene Plattformen hinweg, von On\-Premises\-Infrastrukturen über Azure bis hin zu externen Hosting\- und Providerlösungen; Bereitschaft zu vereinzelten Einsätzen am Abend und Wochenenden (z.B., im Rahmen der produktiven Migrationen)
  • Plattformmanagement: Du konzipierst, implementierst und entwickelst zuverlässige und skalierbare Datenbanklösungen weiter und unterstützt bei Migrationen, Modernisierungen und Plattformwechseln
  • Performance und Verfügbarkeit: Du überwachst und optimierst Datenbankperformance, Verfügbarkeit und Ressourcennutzung und stellst zuverlässige Backup\-, Recovery\- und Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen sicher
  • Automatisierung und Sicherheit: Du automatisierst wiederkehrende Betriebs\- und Wartungsaufgaben, etablierst technische Standards und setzt Anforderungen an Sicherheit, Monitoring und Compliance um
  • Zusammenarbeit und technische Beratung: Du arbeitest in einer agilen Organisationsstruktur mit interdisziplinären Teams, unterstützt bei technischen Fragestellungen und treibst die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Datenbankservices voran

  • Bachelor (Fachhochschule oder Universität)
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Datenbankmanagement: mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration, Entwicklung und Optimierung relationaler Datenbanken, insbesondere Microsoft SQL Server
  • Breites Infrastruktur\- und Plattformverständnis: Erfahrung mit Datenbanklösungen in On\-Premises\-Umgebungen, Microsoft Azure (Azure SQL Managed Instance, Azure SQL) sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit Hosting\-Plattformen von Drittanbietern
  • Technisches Know\-how: Performance\-Tuning und Backup\-, Recovery\- und Hochverfügbarkeitskonzepten, idealerweise auch gute Kenntnisse in SQL und Datenbankmodellierung
  • Automatisierung und Standardisierung: Erfahrung mit Skripting, Automatisierung, Infrastructure as Code und modernen Deployment\- und Betriebsprozessen
  • Analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten: Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
