DBA運用、オンプレミスおよびクラウドのデータベースプラットフォーム、データベースインフラのアップグレード、標準化、自動化の経験を持つデータベースエンジニアを募集しています。 主な職務： データベース運用業務に関し、顧客からの技術的な問い合わせに対応するとともに、業務に必要なスケジュールや社内リソースの調整を、日本語および英語で行う。 上記のようなやり取りの際、日本語または英語のみを話すエンジニアのために通訳を行う。 顧客側のチームの上長に対し、日本語で報告を行う。 顧客チーム内で、日本語または英語のみを話すエンジニアのコミュニケーションをサポートする。 データベース運用に関連する社内手続きや、エンジニアが業務を遂行する上で必要な言語サポートを、日本語および英語で提供する。 Requirements 私たちが求めているもの： DBA（データベース管理者）としての運用業務経験。 MSSQL、DB2、Oracle、AWS RDS、Auroraなど、1つ以上のデータベースに関する運用知識。 AWS、Azure、GCPなど、少なくとも1つのクラウドプラットフォーム上でのデータベース運用経験。 技術的な詳細を、専門知識を持たない相手にも分かりやすく説明できる能力。 様々なステークホルダーと粘り強く連携し、調整を行う能力。 夜間や休日を含め、柔軟に勤務できること。 日本語：流暢であること。複雑なビジネス上の課題について、口頭および文書で正確かつ円滑にコミュニケーションが取れること。 英語：高度なビジネスレベル。顧客や社内のステークホルダーとの会議、プレゼンテーション、交渉を単独で遂行できること。 歓迎要件： Ansible、PowerShell、SQLなどの自動化ツールに関する経験。 運用設計、手順書の作成、および運用改善の実務経験。
