Veterinary Nurses & Patient Care Assistants — Bastion Veterinary A&E
West Singapore | Full-time | Day and night roles
We’re building Bastion, a new 24/7 veterinary emergency and urgent care hospital in the west of Singapore, and we’re looking for veterinary nurses and patient care assistants who care deeply about animals and the people they work with.
Our aim is to create a workplace where good patient care, a healthy team culture and a life outside work go hand in hand.
What we offer
- Competitive remuneration, based on your role, experience and capabilities.
- Four days on, four days off, working 12-hour shifts, with meaningful time to rest and recharge.
- A team culture built on respect, open communication and shared learning.
- Opportunities to develop your skills in emergency and critical care.
- The opportunity to help shape the patient care standards and culture of a new hospital.
Who we’re looking for
Kind, dependable team members who take pride in their work, communicate well and are willing to support their colleagues. We value attentiveness, initiative and a genuine interest in learning.
Veterinary nurses
You will work closely with our veterinarians to care for hospitalised patients, assist with emergency cases and procedures, and support anaesthesia, surgery and recovery. Previous veterinary nursing experience is preferred; experience in emergency and critical care is an advantage.
Patient care assistants
You will support our clinical team with animal handling, feeding, patient comfort, cleaning and maintaining a hygienic hospital environment. Previous experience working with animals is helpful, but applicants who are keen to learn are welcome. Training will be provided.
For both roles, we’re looking for people who understand that excellent patient care includes the everyday details—from keeping a patient clean and comfortable to noticing when something has changed and alerting the team.
If you share our vision of compassionate care, a supportive workplace and a sustainable career in veterinary practice, we’d love to hear from you.
To apply, send your CV and a short introduction to [insert contact email], stating whether you’re applying as a veterinary nurse or patient care assistant, and your preference for day or night shifts.
