• Transaction Services : Apporter une expertise financière pointue dans le cadre de projets d'acquisition, de cession et de transmission d’entreprises ;

• Restructuring: Délivrer des solutions concrètes et créatrices de valeur afin d’accompagner l’ensemble des parties impliquées dans le traitement des difficultés ;

• Modélisation & Business Plan : Créer des outils efficaces de modélisations permettant de projeter les flux financiers, mesurer le risque et la sensibilité du business model ;

• Data Analytics : Accompagner les clients dans la mise en place d’outils d’aide à la prise de décision et renforcer les fonctions de contrôle.

Les missions

Stage en liaison directe avec les différentes équipes du cabinet et le management de la PME sur des secteurs divers. Vous assistez au quotidien une équipe en place de 3 personnes et intervenez plus précisément sur les missions suivantes

• Missions exceptionnelles sur l’évaluation d’entreprises ;

• Missions restructuring : accompagnement dans la faisabilité de reprise d’entreprises en difficulté,

élaboration de business plan et d’analyses financières ad hoc ;

• Participation à la réalisation de due diligences financières ;

• Développement de modèles/outils d’analyse en interne/pour les clients.

Profil recherché

• Formation Bac +4/Bac+5 Ecole de commerce, spécialité Finance à la recherche d’un stage de césure ou fin d’études ;

• Connaissances comptables et d’analyses financières ;

• Niveau d’anglais B2 ;

• Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office ;

• Une première expérience en finance d’entreprise est souhaitable ;

• Date de début : début souhaité à partir du 1er Janvier 2027 (négociable) ;

• Durée du stage : 6 mois conventionnés.
