DevOps Engineer – Bouw mee aan Digitale Collegas die écht werken

Stel je voor: jij bouwt aan digitale collegas die dagelijks duizenden gesprekken voeren, processen automatiseren en organisaties slimmer laten werken. Geen speeltuin, maar bedrijfskritische systemen die draaien op krachtige API-ecosystemen en grote hoeveelheden data verwerken.

Bij Dialog Group ontwikkelen we een robuust platform dat bedrijfsprocessen, documentstromen en data-uitwisseling orkestreert via intelligente, conversationele interfaces. En daar hebben we jou bij nodig.

Over de functie

Als DevOps Engineer zorg jij ervoor dat ons platform stabiel, schaalbaar en toekomstproof blijft. Jij bewaakt het overzicht, waarborgt kwaliteit en zorgt voor continue verbetering.

Je werkt zelfstandig én samen met collegas aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze eigen applicaties. Zo breid je onder andere onze Drag & Drop Flow Designer (Dialog Flow Manager) verder uit, ontwikkel je onze CRM-oplossing FlowCore door en voeg je nieuwe communicatiekanalen toe die klanten nog beter verbinden.

Wat jij bouwt heeft directe impact: slimme oplossingen die het werk van consultants en klanten eenvoudiger en efficiënter maken.

Technisch werk je met:

  • PHP en Symfony 7 (backend)
  • JavaScript (Drag & Drop-editor)
  • Angular (chatinterface)

We houden onze stack modern, staan open voor innovatie en gaan complexe migraties niet uit de weg — daar krijgen we juist energie van.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ontwikkelen, onderhouden en optimaliseren van kwalitatieve software en integraties
  • Schrijven van duidelijke, goed gedocumenteerde code volgens hoge standaarden
  • Testen, debuggen en verbeteren van prestaties en security
  • Actief bijdragen aan code reviews en kwaliteitsbewaking
  • Meedenken over architectuur, DevOps-strategie en procesverbeteringen
  • Volgen van technologische ontwikkelingen en deze slim toepassen

Vereisten

  • Bachelor diploma, bijvoorbeeld in Software Engineering, Informatica of vergelijkbaar
  • 2–5 jaar ervaring als Developer of DevOps Engineer
  • Ervaring met Agile/SCRUM-methodieken
  • Kennis van CI/CD (GIT pipelines)
  • Ervaring met databases zoals MySQL/MariaDB
  • Kennis van Docker en container ecosystemen
  • Ervaring met Linux en Ansible is een pré
  • Scherpe blik op technische kwaliteit en oog voor detail
  • Sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Klantgerichte, kritische en proactieve houding
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
