Over de functie

Als Senior IT Risk Officer speel je een belangrijke rol in het versterken van het risicobewustzijn en het verbeteren van de risicobeheersing binnen de IT-organisatie. Je ondersteunt de eerste lijn bij het identificeren, analyseren en evalueren van risicos, en helpt lijn- en projectmanagers om in control te zijn over hun belangrijkste risicos waaronder informatiebeveiliging en privacy.

Je maakt deel uit van het team IT Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance, waar je samenwerkt met collegas binnen IT en andere afdelingen om technologie en bedrijfsmiddelen optimaal te beschermen. Je adviseert over mitigerende maatregelen, monitort voortgang en rapporteert periodiek aan het management.

Daarnaast neem je actief deel aan projecten en programmas en fungeer je als eerste aanspreekpunt voor risicomanagement binnen IT. Jij bent de verbindende schakel tussen beleid en uitvoering, die zorgt dat risicobeheersing niet alleen op papier bestaat, maar ook daadwerkelijk wordt toegepast.

Wat wij bieden

Vereisten

Je bent een ervaren professional met passie voor risicomanagement en een sterke affiniteit met IT. Je beschikt over:

  • HBO- of academisch werk- en denkniveau.
  • Ruime en actuele kennis van het IT-domein.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
  • Een relevante certificering, zoals CRISC, MoR, CISM of CISA.
  • Kennis van methodieken als CRSA, Bowtie, COSO ERM, Prince2, Scrum en SAFe.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol binnen IT of risicomanagement.

  • Initiatief, oordeelsvorming, klantgerichtheid en toekomstvisie.
  • Sterke organisatiegevoeligheid en het vermogen om mensen te verbinden en te beïnvloeden.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Ondersteunen van de eerste lijn bij het identificeren, analyseren en beheersen van risicos.
  • Adviseren over mitigerende maatregelen en het verbeteren van risicobeheersingsprocessen.
  • Monitoren en rapporteren van risicos en voortgang aan het management.
  • Actieve deelname aan IT-projecten en programmas als risico-expert.
  • Bevorderen van risicobewustzijn en kennisdeling binnen de organisatie.
  • Signaleren van trends en verbeterpunten binnen het vakgebied IT Risk Management.
  • Ondersteunen van collegas in hun professionele ontwikkeling.
