Principais atividades:

  • Controlar a quebra e perda de utensílios de bar (copos, talheres, potes de maionese, pratos, etc.), realizando contagens frequentes conforme planilha de controle;
  • Identificar e comunicar ao líder qualquer padrão de desperdício, sugerindo soluções práticas para reduzir perdas;
  • Ser responsável pelo abastecimento das bebidas, incluindo controle de estoque e giro correto;
  • Higienizar todas as bebidas antes de repor no bar, conforme padrão da empresa;
  • Servir os clientes com agilidade e simpatia, entregando bebidas, burguers e sobremesas de forma encantadora e coordenada;
  • Executar a limpeza e organização das mesas após o atendimento;
  • Preparar sobremesas passo a passo, conforme treinamento e padrão de apresentação da BB Onça;
  • Cooperar com os atendentes no encantamento da experiência dos "humanos", mantendo o ritmo da operação e apoiando a fluidez do salão;
  • Participar dos briefings e treinamentos periódicos.
  • Participar da abertura e fechamento de praça.

Experiência Acadêmica:

• Ensino Médio completo (obrigatório)

Experiência profissional:

• Desejável experiência em atendimento ao público ou funções operacionais em bares, restaurantes ou eventos.

Habilidades do cargo:

  • Proatividade para antecipar necessidades e agir sem depender de ordens diretas
  • Organização e atenção aos detalhes, especialmente no controle de estoque e utensílios
  • Agilidade física e mental, com boa coordenação para cumprir múltiplas tarefas
  • Responsabilidade com higiene e segurança, seguindo os padrões estabelecidos
  • Boa comunicação e simpatia ao interagir com os clientes no salão
  • Colaboração em equipe, ajudando os atendentes e demais colegas com ritmo e eficiência

Observações da vaga:

Vaga para registro: entrada as 16:00 horas, saída após as 23:30hrs. (até 00:20hrs.), uma hora de janta, todos os dias da semana com 1 folga semanal de acordo com escala de folgas e 1 folga do mês. Salário de 2038,00 + vale alimentação de 280,00 + bonificação (em torno de R$ 1.000 a R$ 1.500,00/Mês), destaque do mês bonificado + broche e destaque extraordinário bonificado + broche de destaque, mimos em datas especiais (dia das mães, dia dos pais, páscoa, etc.), participações especiais em eventos e mais.
