  • Überblick über den aktuellen und mittelfristigen Personalbedarf
  • Abstimmung der Suchprofile, Ausschreibungen und Recruiting-Strategie mit den einstellenden Fachbereichen
  • Proaktive Rekrutierung geeigneter Kandidat:innen für alle Agenturbereiche
  • Pflege unserer Recruiting-Datenbank
  • Bearbeitung der Bewerbungseingänge
  • Erstellung von Stellenanzeigen und Platzierung auf geeigneten Jobportalen
  • Vorbereitung und Führen von Bewerbungsgesprächen
  • Repräsentation der Agentur intern und extern
  • Sonderprojekte, z.B. in den Bereichen Talent Management, Employer-Branding u.ä.

Dein Profil

  • Berufserfahrung als Recruitier:in im Arbeitsumfeld einer Werbeagentur
  • Sicherheit in der Bewertung kreativer Arbeitsproben
  • Freundliches Auftreten und sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, Sorgfalt und Organisationstalent
  • Freude an administrativen Tätigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und vertrauliche Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
