Über die Rolle Wir suchen dich als Senior Project Manager für unseren großen Kunden aus dem Automobilbereich am Standort Hamburg. Da du intern wie extern die kommunikativen Fäden in der Hand hältst und direkt mit dem Kunden am Tisch sitzt, sind fließende Deutschkenntnisse für diese Rolle deine absolute Basis. Dein Fokus liegt zu einhundert Prozent auf der Betreuung, Pflege und redaktionellen Weiterentwicklung komplexer digitaler Webplattformen. Du verantwortest den langfristigen und nachhaltigen Betrieb unserer digitalen Produkte. Als Senior bist du das strategische und organisatorische Rückgrat für unsere Content Teams sowie UX Designer und stellst sicher, dass neue Inhalte strukturiert, geprüft und pünktlich live gehen.

Deine Aufgaben Du übernimmst die operative Steuerung und die strategische Planung von großen digitalen Pflegeprojekten sowie weltweiten Content Rollouts. Dabei agierst du als zentrale und souveräne Schnittstelle zwischen dem Kunden, der Kreation und den redaktionellen Teams. Dein Arbeitsalltag ist geprägt von agilen Methoden. Du übersetzt komplexe inhaltliche Anforderungen in klare Aufgabenpakete, führst das Backlog und koordinierst die Sprints sicher über Jira. Für eine saubere Dokumentation und den transparenten Wissenstransfer nutzt du Confluence. Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Content Management Systeme und steuerst die kontinuierliche Pflege sowie redaktionelle Befüllung der Plattform. Qualität ist für dich kein Zufall. Du planst umfassende Abnahmen für Texteingaben und Bildmaterial und gibst keine neuen Seiten live, die nicht unseren hohen Standards entsprechen. Du behältst Timings, Ressourcen und Budgets für die kontinuierliche Betreuung der Plattform stets im Blick. Als Senior bewahrst du auch in stressigen Phasen einen kühlen Kopf und leitest dein Projektteam sicher durch komplexe Publikationsprozesse.

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung: Du hast langjährige Erfahrung im digitalen Projektmanagement gesammelt und dabei große Webplattformen oder redaktionelle Rollouts hauptverantwortlich gesteuert.
  • Plattform Wissen: Du kennst dich hervorragend mit modernen Content Management Systemen aus und verstehst die Prozesse hinter erfolgreicher digitaler Redaktion und Plattformpflege.
  • Agilität: Du bist ein absoluter Profi im Umgang mit agilen Arbeitsweisen und steuerst Workflows routiniert über Jira und Confluence.
  • Leadership: Du sprichst die Sprache der Content Creator genau so fließend wie die der Kunden. Du trittst absolut sicher auf und führst dein Projektteam mit klarer Orientierung.
  • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest extrem strukturiert, bringst eine hohe Lösungsorientierung mit und bewahrst bei umfassenden Content Rollouts stets die Ruhe.
  • Sprache: Neben deinen fließenden Deutschkenntnissen kommunizierst du auch auf Englisch absolut sicher und verbindlich.
