Buscamos un perfil profesional comprometido, analítico y con orientación al servicio para colaborar en el soporte, mantenimiento y estabilidad de las plataformas tecnológicas del negocio de Foreign Exchange dentro de Corporate & Investment Banking.

Se requiere experiencia sólida en soporte de aplicaciones críticas en el sector financiero, diagnóstico y resolución de incidencias en producción, manejo de bases de datos relacionales y herramientas de gestión operativa. Debe contar con capacidad para interactuar de forma efectiva con equipos multidisciplinarios e interés en profundizar en la operativa funcional de divisas.

Principales Responsabilidades

  • Atenderás y resolverás incidencias funcionales y técnicas de las aplicaciones de FX bajo esquemas de cumplimiento de niveles de servicio.
  • Monitorearás continuamente la salud de las plataformas para detectar de forma temprana degradaciones o fallos y colaborarás en el análisis de causa raíz.
  • Participarás en despliegues, validaciones y pruebas de nuevas versiones de las aplicaciones en entornos productivos.
  • Elaborarás y mantendrás documentación técnica, procedimientos operativos y bases de conocimiento del hub tecnológico.
  • Colaborarás en guardias globales periódicas para garantizar la continuidad operativa en los mercados de América, Europa y Asia.

Retos del Puesto

Mantener la disponibilidad y estabilidad de plataformas de alta criticidad para la mesa de trading y comercio electrónico, asimilando la complejidad funcional del negocio financiero de divisas para resolver incidencias de segundo nivel con agilidad.

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones críticas o plataformas tecnológicas, preferentemente en el sector financiero o Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB).
  • Conocimiento operativo en sistemas operativos Linux y Windows Server.
  • Experiencia en bases de datos Oracle, MySQL y ejecución de consultas SQL para análisis y diagnóstico.
  • Experiencia en gestión de incidencias y monitoreo mediante herramientas de ticketing (Jira y Helix).
  • Nivel de inglés B1-B2 (con comprensión lectora y escrita integral para sistemas).
  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, Software, Tecnologías de la Información, Informática, Ciencias de la Computación o carreras afines.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Nivel básico/intermedio en Java, HTML y CSS.
  • Certificaciones o conocimientos en ITIL y metodologías ágiles (Scrum).
  • Experiencia previa en plataformas de Foreign Exchange (FX), mercados financieros o Front Office.
