¿Qué estamos buscando?

Buscamos a una persona experimentada en la gestión de proyectos de implementación de software. Como Product Owner Manager, tendrás la responsabilidad de liderar proyectos de envergadura limitada por su tamaño o criticidad y de desarrollar la visión y ruta de desarrollo de la solución, asegurando que se cumplan los objetivos del área. Principales Responsabilidades

  • Llevar la gestión de proyectos propios de R&CI de principio a fin (punta a punta).
  • Coordinar, planificar y priorizar las actividades y tareas relacionadas con el proyecto que se dirige.
  • Identificar y entender las necesidades e intereses de las partes interesadas (stakeholders) en el desarrollo del proyecto.
  • Desarrollar la visión, la ruta de desarrollo del proyecto y realizar su lanzamiento.
  • Estimar el presupuesto, gasto y/o inversión del proyecto.
  • Gestionar los recursos para conformar el equipo y entender sus necesidades: equipamiento, formación, etc..
  • Contribuir a definir y dar seguimiento a los KPI's del proyecto, contrastándolos con el Program Manager.

Retos del Puesto

El principal desafío de esta posición radica en tener la capacidad de llevar múltiples proyectos en simultáneo, gestionando equipos grandes (aproximadamente de 10 a 20 recursos) en la implementación de software. Esto requiere un manejo efectivo del trabajo bajo presión y la habilidad para interactuar directamente con partes interesadas (stakeholders) a nivel directivo.

Requisitos

Conocimientos y Experiencia

  • Conocimientos Obligatorios: Experiencia mínima de 5 años liderando proyectos de implementación de software. Conocimiento de la SDA (Estrategia de Desarrollo de Aplicaciones). Manejo de JIRA. Conocimiento de Ceremonias Agile. Creación de KPI's.

Escolaridad:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales o Económico-administrativa.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia en la gestión de proyectos con capacidad para coordinar, planificar y priorizar las actividades.
