FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL DEL CARGO

Diseñar, desarrollar, evolucionar e implementar soluciones de software de alto rendimiento, escalables y seguras dentro del ecosistema de arquitectura global NextGen de BBVA. El rol actúa como un referente técnico intermedio-avanzado dentro del equipo ágil, liderando el desarrollo de componentes críticos, promoviendo estándares de excelencia técnica (Clean Code, DevSecOps, TDD) y asegurando la alineación con los principios de nube, microservicios y gobernanza del Grupo.

Responsabilidades Principales

Desarrollo y Arquitectura de Software:

  • Diseñar y codificar microservicios y APIs robustas siguiendo los estándares arquitectónicos globales NextGen y patrones de diseño (Domain-Driven Design, Hexagonal, Event-Driven).
  • Implementar soluciones orientadas a la nube (Cloud-Native) con alta tolerancia a fallos, baja latencia y alta concurrencia.

Calidad y Seguridad del Código:

  • Aplicar prácticas de ingeniería rigurosas: testing unitario, de integración y de contrato (TDD, BDD), manteniendo coberturas de código óptimas.
  • Gestionar y remediar vulnerabilidades en el código estático y dinámico (SAST/DAST) alineado con los estándares corporativos de DevSecOps.
  • Participar y liderar revisiones de código (peer code reviews) con foco en mantenibilidad, eficiencia y buenas prácticas.

Automatización y Despliegue Continuo (CI/CD):

  • Configurar y optimizar tuberías de integración y entrega continua en los entornos corporativos.
  • Colaborar en el aprovisionamiento de infraestructura como código (IaC) y despliegue sobre plataformas de contenedores.

Observabilidad y Operación:

  • Instrumentar aplicaciones para trazabilidad distribuida, monitorización de salud, logs y alertas (APM, dashboards de observabilidad).
  • Participar en el análisis de causa raíz (Post-Mortem) de incidencias en producción y proponer medidas de resiliencia preventiva.

Liderazgo Técnico y Cultura:

  • Guiar y mentorear a desarrolladores en niveles iniciales (Junior / Specialist).
  • Participar activamente en comunidades de práctica técnica (iniciativas Ninja/Engineering) para compartir conocimiento y adoptar nuevas tecnologías.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Mínimo 3 a 5 años de experiencia demostrable en desarrollo de software backend o full-stack en entornos empresariales distribuidos y metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Ingeniería de Software, Informática, Telecomunicaciones, Ciencias de la Computación o afines.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

  • Conocimientos en desarrollo de software backend o full-stack y arquitectura de microservicios.
  • Manejo de APIs y patrones de diseño de software (Domain-Driven Design, Hexagonal, Event-Driven).
  • Conocimientos en arquitectura Cloud-Native y plataformas de contenedores.
  • Manejo de buenas prácticas de desarrollo de software (Clean Code, TDD, BDD).
  • Conocimientos en seguridad de aplicaciones y prácticas DevSecOps (SAST/DAST).
  • Experiencia en integración y despliegue continuo (CI/CD) e infraestructura como código (IaC).
  • Conocimientos en pruebas unitarias, de integración y de contrato.
  • Manejo de herramientas de monitoreo, observabilidad y análisis de aplicaciones (APM, logs y dashboards).
  • Conocimientos en metodologías ágiles (Scrum/Kanban).
