FUNCIÓN PRINCIPAL DEL CARGO

  • Ciclo de vida completo (SDLC): Liderar desde el análisis técnico de requerimientos, arquitectura y codificación, hasta el despliegue en tiendas (App Store / Google Play) y monitoreo en producción.
  • Mantenimiento y Soporte: Brindar soporte continuo a aplicaciones productivas, diagnosticando y resolviendo incidentes de alto impacto, analizando logs (Crashlytics, atenea o similares) y optimizando el rendimiento.
  • Control de versiones y CI/CD: Gestionar flujos de trabajo avanzados en Git (Gitflow), revisiones de código (pull requests) y pipelines de integración y entrega continua (Fastlane, GitHub Actions, Bitrise).
  • Gestión y Liderazgo Técnico: Facilitar la alineación entre objetivos de negocio y viabilidad técnica, estimar tareas complejas, priorizar deuda técnica y promover buenas prácticas de ingeniería en el equipo.
  • Comunicación efectiva: Articular soluciones técnicas ante audiencias no técnicas (stakeholders, negocio) y elaborar documentación arquitectónica clara.

FORMACIÓN ACADÉMICA

  • Profesional graduado/a o con formación afín en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Computación, Software o áreas relacionadas.

EXPERIENCIA

  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de software profesional.
  • Experiencia en el sector financiero/fintech: Conocimiento en aplicaciones bancarias, pasarelas de pago, billeteras digitales, normativas de seguridad de datos o cifrado en reposo y en tránsito.
  • Experiencia demostrable en soporte, monitoreo y estabilidad operativa de aplicaciones con alto volumen transaccional.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

  • Plataformas móviles (al menos una nativa o híbrida avanzada)
  • Control de versiones: Dominio avanzado de Git y plataformas colaborativas.
  • Seguridad móvil: Obfuscation , SSL Pinning, almacenamiento seguro y prevención de vulnerabilidades comunes (OWASP Mobile Top 10).
  • Testing: Pruebas unitarias, de integración y UI (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso o equivalentes).

HABILIDADES BLANDAS

  • Excelentes competencias de comunicación verbal y escrita para coordinar con áreas técnicas y de negocio.
  • Capacidad de gestión del tiempo, autonomía y priorización en entornos dinámicos.
  • Habilidad analítica para resolución de problemas complejos bajo presión operativa.
  • Mentoría y transferencia de conocimiento hacia desarrolladores junior y semi-senior.
