- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities across Institutional and Corporate clients, increasing digital adoption, client penetration and wallet share across electronic channels.

- Lead the Low Touch Sales proposition in the Americas, developing client relationships and ensuring effective coordination with the relevant Global Markets Sales and Coverage teams across products and geographies.

- Act as the regional eConnectivity subject matter expert and team leader, representing the business with clients, electronic trading venues, vendors and relevant internal stakeholders.

- Drive the regional rollout and commercialization of new electronic platforms, connectivity solutions, products and functionalities, coordinating with Trading, Product, CIB Engineering and other teams across the relevant value chains.

- Translate client and commercial needs into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams, helping prioritize initiatives according to business impact and strategic relevance.

- Leverage business intelligence, client activity and execution data to identify commercial opportunities, monitor franchise performance and define targeted actions across clients, products and channels.

- Coordinate the analysis and dissemination of digital business intelligence across Global Markets, ensuring relevant insights are translated into measurable commercial actions.

- Partner with the Global Heads of eConnectivity to implement the global eFX and eFI strategy across the Americas, ensuring consistency with global priorities while adapting execution to regional client and market needs as well as managing the overall eConnectivity Americas business.

Leadership & People Management

- Lead and develop the local eConnectivity team, currently comprising 2–3 professionals, establishing clear priorities, responsibilities and accountability for delivery.

- Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional development and building commercial, product and analytical capabilities.

- Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback and support individual development plans.

- Promote knowledge sharing and cross-training across products and activities, increasing the resilience and scalability of the team.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, empowering team members to take ownership while maintaining appropriate oversight.

- Act as the senior regional escalation point for complex client, commercial and operational matters within the eConnectivity franchise.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related discipline.

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Global Markets, ideally including electronic trading, eSales, Low Touch Sales, digital distribution or related client-facing businesses.

- Strong knowledge of financial markets, with demonstrated experience in Fixed Income and/or FX and a solid understanding of electronic trading workflows and market structure.

- Proven commercial mindset and experience working with Institutional and/or Corporate clients, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate them into measurable business outcomes.

- Demonstrated experience leading people, projects or complex cross-functional initiatives. Direct people-management experience strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using business and client data to support commercial decision-making.

- Ability to operate effectively across Sales, Trading, Product, Technology and other internal stakeholders in a global organization.

- Strong project-management and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
