Ihre Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich der ambulanten Hilfen suchen wir ab sofort eine sozialpädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) mit flexiblem Stundenumfang zwischen 10 und 39 Wochenstunden.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Sozialpädagogische Begleitung von Kindern, Jugendlichen, jungen Erwachsenen und Familien (z. B. im Rahmen von SPFH und Erziehungsbeistandschaften)
  • Unterstützung in Erziehungsfragen sowie bei der Bewältigung von Krisen- und Konfliktsituationen
  • Beratung und praktische Hilfestellung im Alltag (z. B. Haushaltsführung, finanzielle Themen, schulische Entwicklung, gesundheitliche Fragestellungen)
  • Förderung von Selbstständigkeit und Ressourcen der Klient*innen
  • Kooperation mit Jugendämtern, Schulen sowie Institutionen
  • Teilnahme an Hilfeplangesprächen sowie Dokumentation der Hilfeverläufe
  • Aufbau tragfähiger Beziehungen zu den betreuten Personen sowie motivierende Begleitung im Entwicklungsprozess

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Sozialpädagogik, Sozialen Arbeit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung im sozialpädagogischen Bereich, idealerweise in ambulanten Hilfen oder Familienhilfe
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten gesetzlichen Grundlagen (insbesondere SGB VIII)
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz, Empathie und interkulturelle Sensibilität
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gleichzeitig Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit im Arbeitsalltag
  • Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
