-Ejecutar de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas. -Preparar las áreas de trabajo para el servicio. -Realizar la atención directa al cliente para el consumo de bebidas o comidas. -Transportar útiles y enseres necesarios para el servicio. -Controlar y revisar mercancías y objetos de uso de la sección. -Colaborar en el montaje, servicio y desmontaje de bufetes. -Realizar trabajos a la vista del cliente tales como, cortar, trinchar, desespinar... -Colaborar con el jefe de comedor en la preparación y desarrollo de acontecimientos especiales. -Podrá coordinar y supervisar los cometidos propios de la actividad de su área. -Informar y aconsejar al cliente sobre la composición y confección de los distintos productos a su disposición. Requisitos • IDIOMAS: Euskera, castellano e inglés. • COMPROMISO: Compromiso de 2 años mínimo. • EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia previa demostrable en el sector • Actitud profesional: Buena actitud, proactividad y alta capacidad de adaptación al entorno. • Permiso de trabajo: Documentación en regla y vigente en el territorio correspondiente. • Orientación al cliente: Trato excelente, amable y servicial; capacidad para asesorar sobre la carta y fidelizar a los comensales. • Trabajo en equipo: Coordinación y comunicación fluida con el resto del equipo de sala y el personal de cocina. • Organización y eficiencia: Capacidad para gestionar con autonomía el rango de mesas asignado, garantizando el orden y la limpieza.
