-Director/a de Operaciones: Grupo de Restauración Casual en Crecimiento Somos un grupo de restauración casual con 3 locales consolidados, un equipo de 35 personas y una facturación aproximada de 3 millones de euros anuales. Después de validar nuestro modelo de negocio, buscamos incorporar un/a Director/a de Operaciones que lidere la siguiente etapa: profesionalizar la estructura, desarrollar equipos y preparar la compañía para seguir creciendo. -Misión del puesto: Ser la persona responsable de garantizar la excelencia operativa de todos los restaurantes, construir sistemas escalables y liderar el crecimiento de la marca. Buscamos alguien que no solo gestione la operación actual, sino que nos ayude a pasar al siguiente nivel. Responsabilidades: -Liderar y desarrollar a los gerentes y equipos de los restaurantes. -Implantar estándares operativos y procesos replicables. -Crear y mantener el manual de operaciones de la compañía. -Definir y controlar KPIs operativos. -Mejorar productividad, eficiencia y rentabilidad de los locales. -Optimizar planificación de personal y costes laborales. -Supervisar compras, inventarios, mermas y food cost. -Garantizar una experiencia de cliente consistente. -Crear sistemas de formación y desarrollo interno. -Preparar la estructura necesaria para futuras aperturas. Buscamos: -Experiencia demostrable en restauración organizada. -Haber gestionado varios restaurantes/unidades. -Experiencia liderando equipos a través de responsables de local. -Mentalidad analítica y orientación a resultados. -Capacidad para crear procesos sin perder cultura y cercanía. -Perfil práctico: combina visión estratégica con presencia en los restaurantes. -Valoraremos especialmente experiencia como: Area Manager, Operations Manager, Responsable Regional, Director/a de Operaciones en restauración Ofrecemos: -Incorporarse a un proyecto rentable y consolidado. -Posición clave dentro del equipo directivo. -Autonomía real para construir el área de operaciones. -Participar en la expansión futura de la compañía. -Retribución fija + variable vinculada a objetivos. Buscamos una persona que quiera construir, mejorar y crecer con nosotros. Requisitos -Experiencia: -Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en operaciones dentro del sector restauración/hospitality. -Experiencia previa gestionando varios restaurantes o unidades de negocio (preferiblemente 5 o más). -Haber liderado equipos de más de 50 personas directa o indirectamente. -Experiencia gestionando responsables de restaurante, encargados o mandos intermedios. -Experiencia demostrable en mejora de procesos operativos y estandarización. -Conocimientos necesarios: -Gestión de cuentas de explotación (P&L) por restaurante. -Control de food cost, escandallos, inventarios y mermas. -Gestión de productividad y planificación de personal. -Definición y seguimiento de KPIs operativos. -Creación de procedimientos, checklists y estándares. -Herramientas digitales de gestión y análisis (Excel avanzado, cuadros de mando). -Competencias -Liderazgo cercano y capacidad para desarrollar equipos. -Mentalidad analítica y orientada a datos. -Capacidad para convertir problemas operativos en sistemas. -Organización y disciplina en la ejecución. -Orientación al cliente y a la excelencia del servicio. -Mentalidad emprendedora y ganas de construir. -Se valorará positivamente -Experiencia participando en aperturas de nuevos restaurantes. -Experiencia en cadenas de restauración organizada. -Formación en ADE, Ingeniería, Hostelería, MBA o similar. -Conocimientos Lean, mejora continua o gestión de proyectos.
