¿Cuentas con experiencia profesional en el ámbito de la gastronomía? ¿Te gustaría colaborar de manera puntual impartiendo clases y talleres dirigidos a personas interesadas en la cocina? ¡Sigue leyendo! Desde Basque Culinary Center (BCC) y Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe) buscamos cocineros/as para formar parte de una bolsa de empleo destinada a cubrir necesidades puntuales de docencia en nuestras ubicaciones. Buscamos perfiles capaces de impartir cursos enfocados a público no profesional. Tu misión principal será diseñar, desarrollar e impartir talleres prácticos de cocina dirigidos a públicos diversos (adulto e infantil), en contextos formativos y experienciales. Tu día a día consistirá en… Organizar y planificar las clases con la coordinación del área de cocina. Impartir cursos y talleres prácticos de cocina. Atender y resolver dudas de las personas participantes. Contribuir a generar una experiencia de calidad alineada con los valores de BCC y GOe. Requisitos -Experiencia profesional en gastronomía (cocina, restauración, formación culinaria) y/o en nutrición, dietética o áreas de la salud. -Experiencia en impartición de formación (reglada o no reglada). -Conocimientos sólidos en cocina saludable, técnicas culinarias adaptadas o fundamentos de nutrición y salud. -Buenas habilidades sociales y capacidad de conexión con público adulto e infantil. -Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas. -Disponibilidad para colaborar de forma puntual según las necesidades del proyecto. Marcarás la diferencia si… -Cuentas con titulación superior o universitaria en Nutrición Humana y Dietética, Gastronomía, Ciencias de la Salud u otras áreas afines. -Tienes conocimientos sobre dietas especiales, cocina adaptada, técnicas de cocina saludable o productos específicos. -Posees nivel alto de euskera e inglés (C1). -Destacas por tu capacidad de organización y planificación.
