La Direction Générale du Système d’Information (DGSI) a pour rôle de concevoir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie informatique de la Banque de France. Elle veille à la mise à niveau de l'architecture informatique, à l'intégration de l'innovation, à la sécurité numérique de la Banque de France mais aussi à la bonne gestion de son patrimoine de données. La DGSI regroupe plus de 2000 personnes (internes et externes) réparties sur différents sites, à Paris, Vincennes, Marne la Vallée, Paris La Courneuve et Poitiers.

La Direction Européenne des SYstèmes d’information (DESY) fournit les services informatiques de la Banque de France à l’Eurosystème, en collaboration avec ses partenaires européens et de maintenir le SI par le regroupement des équipes MOE et MOA.

Au sein du service MNBCw, vous intégrerez le pôle Blockchain, dont le rôle est de contribuer à la réalisation des projets Eurosystème MNBC et d'accompagner les métiers et la DGSI sur les enjeux de transformation liés à la technologie blockchain.

Au cœur des innovations de pointe, le pôle blockchain porte aujourd’hui l’architecture et le développement d’initiatives Eurosystème majeures telles que le projet Pilot Pontes, Pontes et les expérimentations Appia, tout en menant des expérimentations de dimension domestique ou internationale.

Au-delà de ces réalisations de premier plan, l’expertise du pôle blockchain couvre l’ensemble des dimensions d’un projet ou d’une expérimentation : acculturation, cadrage, architectures, développement, exploitation… Il se distingue également par une maîtrise approfondie des sujets blockchain les plus pointus : interopérabilité, infrastructures, confidentialité, scalabilité, Layer 2.

Au sein du pôle blockchain, vous aurez pour missions de :

  • Apporter une expertise technique de pointe (architecture, développement et devops) sur nos projets et expérimentations blockchain.
  • Explorer les cas d'usage aux côtés des métiers et de l’Eurosystème.
  • Représenter la Banque de France dans les groupes de travail de place et les instances internationales.
  • Favoriser la diffusion des savoirs en participant à l'acculturation et au partage d'expertise en interne.
  • Effectuer une veille continue sur ces technologies et leurs usages pratiques dans le SI.

Profil recherché:

‎

De formation ingénieur, vous avez un fort intérêt pour les technologies blockchain et leurs cas d’usage, vous disposez d’une culture informatique étendue, ainsi que de solides connaissances sur les marchés financiers.

Vos compétences :

  • Technologies blockchain (architecture, développement et devops).
  • Expérience en conduite de projets.
  • Esprit d'équipe et dynamisme.
  • Connaissance du secteur bancaire et financier.
  • Connaissance de l'environnement technique du SI BDF.
  • Appétence pour la technique et les nouvelles technologies.
  • Langue Anglaise (B2).
