La Banque de France recrute un(e) Chargé(e) de mission auprès de la conseillère parlementaire du Gouverneur (H/F) pour renforcer ses équipes.

Vous serez chargé(e) de la veille parlementaire et du suivi de l'activité législative, notamment de l'analyse des textes en discussion, du suivi des amendements, des courriers parlementaires, des demandes d'audition et des interventions des élus.

Vous participerez à la préparation des auditions relatives aux projets et propositions de loi, à l'élaboration de cartographies politiques et de stratégies d'influence, ainsi qu'à l'accompagnement des travaux législatifs. À ce titre, vous assurerez la rédaction d'argumentaires, de notes d'analyse et de supports pédagogiques à destination des administrateurs et des parlementaires, ainsi que le suivi des contacts institutionnels et des positions politiques.

Vous contribuerez également à la gestion administrative de l'activité, incluant la tenue des agendas, l'organisation logistique des réunions et auditions (réservation de salles, confirmations de rendez-vous, préparation des badges et accueil), ainsi que le suivi des courriers, rapports annuels et autres documents de référence.

Profil recherché:

Formation recherchée : Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure de niveau Master, idéalement en administration publique, sciences politiques ou affaires publiques.

Une expérience préalable en lien avec le Parlement (assistant parlementaire, stages auprès d’élus…) serait appréciée.

Compétences :

Vous disposez de solides connaissances en droit public et maîtrisez les principaux enjeux de l’action publique.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour vos qualités rédactionnelles vous permettant de produire des analyses de qualité. La maîtrise des techniques d’animation et de présentation vous permet de conduire des réunions, d’animer des ateliers et de présenter vos travaux avec aisance.

Vous savez piloter des projets et en assurer le suivi.

Par ailleurs, la maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit est requise pour ce poste.

Vous faites preuve d’un excellent sens de la communication et savez fédérer vos interlocuteurs autour d’objectifs communs. Rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d’un bon esprit de synthèse, vous êtes capable d’anticiper les enjeux, d’exercer votre discernement et de formuler des propositions pertinentes. Force de proposition, vous prenez des initiatives et contribuez activement à l’amélioration des pratiques.
