Das bewegst du

* Du verantwortest ein vielseitiges Portfolio anspruchsvoller KMU\-Mandate und steuerst deren fachliche sowie wirtschaftliche Entwicklung.

* Du bist Vertrauensperson und Sparringpartner für Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmer in finanziellen, steuerlichen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragen.

* Du reviewst Jahresabschlüsse, Steuererklärungen und MWST\-Abrechnungen und stellst eine hohe Beratungs\- und Ausführungsqualität sicher.

* Du erkennst Beratungsbedarf frühzeitig, entwickelst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen weiter und gewinnst neue Mandate aus deinem Netzwerk.

* Du koordinierst komplexe Fragestellungen mit unseren Fachspezialistinnen und Fachspezialisten aus Steuern, Recht, Wirtschaftsprüfung und Beratung.

* Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung, coachst jüngere Teammitglieder und förderst deren Entwicklung im Arbeitsalltag.

* Du prägst die Weiterentwicklung unseres Treuhandgeschäfts mit und bringst Impulse für moderne, digitale und effiziente Lösungen ein.

Damit gelingt es dir

* Du bist eidg. dipl. Treuhandexperte beziehungsweise Treuhandexpertin oder verfügst über eine abgeschlossene vergleichbare höhere Fachqualifikation.

* Du bringst mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der eigenverantwortlichen Führung komplexer Treuhandmandate mit.

* Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung, Steuern, MWST und betriebswirtschaftlicher Beratung.

* Du verstehst die Herausforderungen von KMU, denkst unternehmerisch und entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen mit nachhaltigem Mehrwert.

* Du trittst souverän auf, kommunizierst klar und baust tragfähige Beziehungen auf Augenhöhe auf.

* Du führst gerne fachlich, teilst Wissen und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen Verantwortung übernehmen und wachsen können.

* Du begeisterst dich für moderne Treuhandtechnologien und möchtest die Zukunft unserer Dienstleistungen aktiv mitgestalten.
