Du möchtest anspruchsvolle Treuhandmandate selbstständig führen, Kunden auf Augenhöhe beraten und gleichzeitig die Digitalisierung mitgestalten? Bei uns übernimmst du Verantwortung, coachst Teammitglieder und erhältst den Freiraum, eigene Ideen einzubringen. Im Business Services \& Outsourcing beraten und begleiten wir nationale und internationale Kunden in Accounting\- und Payroll\-Fragen. In unserer Abteilung Finance und ad Interim Solutions arbeitest du an vielseitigen Finanzthemen – von statutarischen Jahresabschlüssen und Konsolidierungen bis zu Lohnbuchhaltung und Personaladministration.

Mandatsleiter Treuhand und Beratung (w/m/d) 80\-100% ====================================================

Das bewegst du

  • Du führst und koordinierst nationale und internationale Mandate in den Bereichen Finanz\- und Lohnbuchhaltung, MWST\-Abrechnungen sowie Monats\- und Jahresabschlüsse.
  • Du erstellst Konzernreportings nach deren Angaben, machst Intercompany\-Abstimmungen und arbeitest mit diversen ERP\-Systemen.
  • Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für nationale und internationale Unternehmen und berätst sie kompetent in Accounting\- und Payroll\-Fragen.
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Netzwerkpartnern.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du unterstützt und coachst Teammitglieder auf deinen Mandaten und förderst ihre fachliche Weiterentwicklung.
  • Wenn du Abwechslung suchst, übernimmst du temporäre Stellvertretungsmandate direkt bei unseren Kunden – vor Ort oder remote.
  • Du setzt digitale Technologien gezielt ein, optimierst Prozesse und entwickelst innovative Lösungen.

Damit gelingt es dir

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Bereich Wirtschaft/Finanzen (z.B. Fachausweis Treuhand oder Rechnungswesen, Betriebsökonom FH o.ä.) sowie ausgewiesene Praxiserfahrung.
  • Du berätst Kunden kompetent, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und unterstützt Teammitglieder in ihrer Entwicklung.
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest zuverlässig und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
  • Du fühlst dich in einem digitalen, dynamischen Umfeld wohl und bist offen für Einsätze bei Kunden vor Ort.
