Bij ons ben je zoveel meer dan gewoon een Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Je bent de professional die het verschil maakt voor onze medewerkers, klanten, de maatschappij en de mensen om je heen. Jij doorgrondt complexe organisatievraagstukken en vertaalt deze naar toekomstbestendig HR-beleid dat werkt. Daarbij verbind je mens, organisatie en strategie. Je durft bestaande denkpatronen uit te dagen en maakt keuzes die zichtbaar bijdragen aan de ambities van BDO. Dit doe je binnen ons team Reward & Services, onderdeel van de afdeling HR.

Om dit vorm te geven verbind je de organisatiestrategie met thema's als arbeidsvoorwaarden, leiderschap, cultuur, talent, organisatie-inrichting en technologie. Daarbij kijk je verder dan de eerste vraag en breng je oorzaken, belangen, risico's en afhankelijkheden scherp in beeld. Ontwikkelingen op de arbeidsmarkt, de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving, data en AI vertaal je naar heldere scenario's en concrete keuzes. Als inhoudelijke sparringpartner op het gebied van arbeidsvoorwaarden en complexe arbeidsvraagstukken speel je een belangrijke rol. Daarnaast draag je verantwoordelijkheid voor de doorontwikkeling en het beheer van het functiehuis. In nauwe samenwerking met onze arbeidsjurist en andere experts werk je aan duurzame oplossingen en weet je verschillende belangen samen te brengen tot goed onderbouwde besluiten met breed draagvlak.

Deze rol gaat verder dan adviseren alleen. Door eigenaarschap te organiseren, besluitvorming te ondersteunen en actief informatie op te halen binnen de organisatie, zorg je ervoor dat plannen ook daadwerkelijk worden gerealiseerd. Ondertussen bewaak je de voortgang, stuur je op resultaat en borg je veranderingen in de praktijk. Zo maak je HR-processen en dienstverlening slimmer, eenvoudiger en toekomstbestendiger, met oog voor zowel data als de menselijke maat.

Hiermee voeg jij waarde toe

Wij kijken eerst naar wie je bent. Wat jij kan. Hoe je jouw strategisch inzicht, analytisch vermogen en executiekracht succesvol inzet als Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist. Daarna kijken we of je beschikt over:

  • Een WO-werk- en -denkniveau. Bij voorkeur heb je een afgeronde opleiding in Human Resources Management of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Ruime ervaring met strategische HR-vraagstukken en compensation & benefits.
  • Je hebt bestuur en hoger management geadviseerd binnen een complexe, kennisintensieve organisatie.
  • Ervaring met organisatieontwikkeling en het coördineren van projecten. Je weet strategie te vertalen naar concrete besluiten, duidelijk eigenaarschap en meetbare resultaten.
