Denk je dat er bij een accountants- en advieskantoor alleen maar accountants en financiële adviseurs werken? Zeker niet, we hebben nog veel meer functies, zoals deze parttime baan als werkstudent binnen het team van Recruitment. Als werkstudent Campus Recruitment ga je samen met het Campus Recruitment team op zoek naar de best passende collega’s. Met jouw frisse blik en nieuwe ideeën bouw je mee aan het optimaliseren van de candidate journey en ons werkgeversmerk.

Direct vanaf jouw start dagen we jou uit. Sowieso om jezelf te zijn, te groeien én om ons te verrassen met jouw pro-activiteit. Op inhoud kun je denken aan uitdagingen zoals het:

  • organiseren en uitvoeren van events zoals inhousedagen, netwerkborrels- en diners en bedrijvendagen.
  • screenen en beoordelen van sollicitaties.
  • onderhouden van contacten met kandidaten en BDO collega’s van verschillende afdelingen.

Om het compleet te maken:

  • vanaf dag 1 maakt een buddy jou wegwijs. Die is altijd dichtbij en beantwoordt al jouw vragen.

Vacatureomschrijving

BDO is een accountants- en advieskantoor. Niet zomaar 1: we maken het verschil voor klanten, de maatschappij en de mensen om ons heen. We leveren een bijdrage en geven aandacht aan wat er echt toe doet. Dit doen we samen met 3.000 collega’s. We werken binnen een unieke werkcultuur met volop mogelijkheden om te ontwikkelen.

Op ons kantoor in Tilburg, nabij het CS en de binnenstad zijn er altijd veel collega’s te vinden. Even napraten bij het koffiezetapparaat over het weekend of een potje tafelvoetbal spelen. Werken, dat gebeurt aan de moderne en fijne flexwerkplekken. Die ene busreis naar het strand… in Den Bosch wordt er door de 80 collega’s nog steeds over nagepraat. Dit doen zij vanaf de tiende verdieping van het kantoor, met een perfect uitzicht op de stad. Is er iets te vieren? Dan wordt dit gevierd met worstenbroodjes of de welbekende Bossche bollen. Midden in Strijp-S vind je veel cultuur, innovatie én ons Eindhovense kantoor. Hiervandaan werken circa 250 professionals. Zij omschrijven zichzelf als creatief, rustig en sportief. Over sportief gesproken: tijdens de jaarlijkse marathon van Eindhoven is er een eigen BDO-fanzone om de sporters aan te moedigen.

  • €0,28 reiskostenvergoeding per kilometer. Bij woon-werkverkeer is dit tot 75 kilometer enkele reis.
  • minimaal € 30,00 netto telefoonvergoeding per maand en een laptop van BDO.
  • tot € 25,00 netto vergoeding per maand voor de kosten van jouw sportschool.
  • mogelijkheden om na jouw werkstudentschap starter te worden.
