Analista de Calidad

Responsable de mantener los controles de Aseguramiento Calidad de los procesos ejecutados en el Centro de Distribución de acuerdo a los requerimientos del Sistema de Calidad regional para asegurar que los procesos generen resultados conformes y consistentes y que los productos y servicios suministrados cumplan con los requerimientos regulatorios y de nuestros clientes.

Funciones:

  • Administra y ejecuta diferentes procesos de Calidad como el proceso de Control de documentos, el Mantenimiento del Registro Maestro de Dispositivos, la Revisión de Archivos de lote, la Creación y mantenimiento de planes de inspección, la Revisión y control de etiquetas, La Verificación de buenas prácticas de almacenamiento en las operaciones 3PL y Inspección de materiales mediante la implementación de procedimientos estándares de operación y la emisión de indicadores de desempeño para ayudar al cumplimiento regulatorio de la operación del Centro de distribución y del Sistema de Calidad del Hub Mexico y CCA.
  • Establece y documenta las especificaciones de materiales y productos a través de la emisión de documentos controlados y de la capacitación de personal en cumplimiento con la regulación vigente y los requerimientos regionales y corporativos para asegurar el cumplimiento tanto de insumos como de productos finales .
  • Asegura la ejecución de las actividades de tecnovigilancia en la operación de Distribución manteniendo el seguimiento del producto implicado en acciones de campo mediante el registro del producto recuperado hasta su destrucción para garantizar el registro y la trazabilidad de cada etapa del proceso.
  • Mantiene los indicadores de desempeño de los proveedores de servicios y materiales a través de mediciones periódicas y discusiones directas con los proveedores para establecer su nivel de cumplimiento y apoyar en la mejora continua de los servicios adquiridos.
  • Lleva a cabo actividades de mejora continua como son la investigación de no conformidades y el establecimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas derivadas de las fallas detectadas en la operación a través de los controles de los procesos a su cargo y de auditorías internas y externas para optimizar la operación y mantener un nivel adecuado de cumplimiento.
  • Ejecuta y/o participa en la ejecución de proyectos de ahorro y mejora continua de la operación coordinando actividades documentales y operativas de Calidad para contribuir en los procesos de mejora de la operación del Centro de distribución.
  • Dictamina el producto procesado en el Centro de Distribución mediante la revisión de la documentación generada por el proveedor de servicios logísticos o las plantas de manufactura con el fin de asegurar la conformidad del producto liberado y mantener el flujo de producto solicitado por los negocios.

Requisitos:

  • Carreras afines al sector de dispositivos médicos o ciencias de la salud: Ingeniería Biomédica, Ingeniería Industrial, Química Farmacéutica Bióloga (QFB), Química, Biotecnología ( Titulado)
  • Uno o dos años de experiencia en aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Inglés avanzado
  • Deseable experiencia en metodologías de mejora continua
  • Experiencia con buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y distribución y etiquetado.
  • Conocimiento de NOM aplicables para dispositivos médicos o industria farmacéutica.
