We strive to advance the world of health by providing outstanding operational performance and supply chain management. Our goal is to deliver flawless execution and world-class solutions in manufacturing, ensuring that our products reach those who need them most.

About the role

As the Operations Manager - Supply Chain & Operational Performance, you will support our Operations Director and leadership team by coordinating daily production and supply activities. Main responsibilities will include:

  • Translating strategic priorities into operational plans and measurable outcomes
  • Managing daily stand-ups with contract manufacturers to achieve monthly targets
  • Maintaining action, risk, and decision logs; driving agreed actions to closure
  • Coordinating supply-continuity reviews and recovery planning
  • Communicating hurdles in production plans and collaborating to overcome them
  • Partnering with the Continuous Improvement Lead to track improvement portfolios
  • Analyzing operational costs and performance trends
  • Developing and maintaining standardized dashboards to reduce manual reporting
  • Ensuring operational documentation is accurate and suitable for audits
  • Developing strong connections across multiple departments and external collaborators

Salary range for this role: £80,000 - £90,000 per annum. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and business considerations

About you

You will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. With typically five years of experience in production or operations management within a regulated environment, you possess strong operational judgment and analytical capability. You are proficient in ERP/MRP systems and data-analysis tools like SAP, advanced Excel, and Power BI. Knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma principles and project management is desirable. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
