Job Description

Responsable de dar soporte al cumplimiento de las metas del área y de la eficiente ejecución de los procesos de ensamble y empaque de los componentes del área a la que haya sido asignado para la manufactura de dispositivos médicos, con la calidad y eficiencia productiva requerida; los requerimientos de asistencia y puntualidad, haciendo buen uso de la maquinaria, equipo e instalaciones; además del cumplimiento de los requerimientos y políticas de la empresa.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES:

A) Proveer soporte en la Operación, Manufactura y Empaque para mantener la productividad y la calidad que permitan cumplir con los planes mensuales del área.

B) Proveer soporte en el manejo de personal y mantener la disciplina en el área y/o maquina asignada.

C) Participar en forma proactiva en la identificación oportunidades de mejora y mantener una comunicación constante con el Supervisor de Producción y/o Manufacturing Coach.

D) Participar en la identificación de los defectos en los procesos asignados, enfocados a la detección y aplicación de acciones preventivas y correctivas para minimizar y eliminar así las causas de rechazos.

E) Enfocado a realizar actividades especiales que pueden comprender la operación de maquinaria, equipo de producción y prueba, Inspección en proceso (Q.A. TECH) y Entrenamiento de Asociados de Producción para dar soporte al área de manufactura en el logro de metas y planes de producción.

F) Mostrar liderazgo y participación en las juntas Tier.

G) Mantener la disciplina, la puntualidad y asistencia diaria.

H) Responsable del cumplimiento con las Normas Reguladoras de Calidad, Norma Reguladora de Higiene, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente; Así como del cumplimiento con los programas internos para la manufactura del producto como son las Buenas Practicas de Manufactura, Control Estadístico del Proceso, etc.

I) Cumplir con los programas de entrenamiento y reentrenamiento del área, para el desarrollo y cumplimiento de los programas de producción y los estándares de calidad.

J) Responder con eficiencia a los programas establecidos por la gerencia y fomentar el trabajo en equipo que de cómo resultado un ambiente agradable de trabajo.

K) Asegurar el cumplimiento de todas las regulaciones y estándares aplicables según lo definido en el manual de calidad, seguridad y medio ambiente de BD como lo regulado por el sistema de informática (I.T.Enterprise).

L) Conoce y ejecuta la mayoría de las operaciones y/o operaciones criticas de una área de producción.

M) Otras actividades que sean requeridas.

· Secundaria como Minimo

· 100% de Eficiencia en Operaciones Asignadas

· Contrato Indefinido

EDUCACION:

· Secundaria terminada

EXPERIENCIA:

· Operaciones Diversas de Productos Medicos

CONOCIMIENTOS / HABILIDADES:

· Comunicación Clara Verbal y Escrita.

· Trabajo en Equipo.

· Conocimiento del Proceso y Producto.

· Conocimiento en Herramientas de Calidad y Mejora Continua

· Conocimiento en Procedimiento de Seguridad.
