En Résumé

Rattaché(e) au Manager des ventes pour le réseau «Dispensing Pharmacy Automation », le/la Responsable Commercial(e) assure la promotion et la vente de solutions robotiques et informatiques adressées au monde de la pharmacie hospitaliere, specialisé dans la sécurisation du circuit du médicament : robot de dispensiation globlale à la PUI ainsi que des armoires sécurisées dans les services de soin. Prospecter les clients existants et ou nouveaux clients, dans le respect des valeurs et de l’éthique de la société. Il/elle est responsable de l’atteinte des objectifs et du développement du chiffre d’affaires sur son secteur. Il est garant également de la satisfaction client.

Responsabilités principales :

· Développer le portefeuille de clients hospitaliers publics et privés.

· Identifier, qualifier et piloter les opportunités complexes de vente.

· Construire et exécuter les plans de comptes stratégiques.

· Animer les relations avec les décideurs hospitaliers : directions générales, directions des achats, directions des soins, pharmaciens et DSI.

· Promouvoir la proposition de valeur économique et clinique des solutions MMS.

· Piloter les appels d’offres et les négociations commerciales en coordination avec les équipes internes.

· Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing, Clinical, Customer Success, Service, Tender Management et Finance.

· Maintenir un pipeline fiable dans Salesforce et assurer la prévision des ventes.

· Participer aux lancements de produits et aux initiatives stratégiques MMS France.

Profil recherché :

  • Bac +3/5 scientifique, commercial.
  • Expérience confirmée en MedTech ou en milieu hospitalier.
  • Maîtrise des techniques de vente, négociation et communication.
  • Connaissance de l’environnement hospitalier (pharmacies, HAD, cliniques…).
  • Autonomie, sens de l’organisation et capacité à travailler en équipe transverse/matricielle
  • Expérience en gestion de projets de transformation ou d’automatisation appréciée.
  • Maîtrise du Pack Office, CRM SFDC et anglais professionnel.

Salaire fixe compris entre €50 000 et €70 000 + bonus + avantages
