[채용] 펌웨어 인턴

"칩셋 위에서 로봇의 생명력을 불어넣는, 하드웨어 제어의 전문가로 성장할 동료를 찾습니다."펌웨어팀은 로봇 하드웨어의 가장 깊은 곳에서 MCU 레벨의 소프트웨어를 설계하고 개발합니다.로봇의 모터와 센서를 직접 제어하며, 하드웨어의 성능을 극한으로 끌어올려 로봇이 정교하고 안전하게 움직일 수 있는 밑바탕을 만듭니다.

[팀 소개]

저희 팀은 로봇의 '몸(Hardware)'과 '뇌(Software)'를 연결하는 신경망을 구축합니다. 모터, 액추에이터 등 하드웨어 제어 로직부터 IMU, ToF 등 정밀 센서 데이터의 안정적인 인터페이스를 책임집니다. 로봇 시스템 전반에 대한 깊은 이해를 바탕으로, 복잡한 하드웨어 환경에서도 로봇이 의도한 대로 완벽하게 움직일 수 있도록 시스템 아키텍처를 설계합니다.

[우리가 해결하고자 하는 문제]

로봇은 제어 주기에 따른 실시간성 확보, 센서 데이터의 신뢰성 유지, 그리고 다양한 하드웨어 변수 대응이라는 까다로운 숙제를 안고 있습니다. 저희는 실험실 환경을 넘어 수천 대의 로봇이 실제 현장에서 하드웨어 오동작 없이 안정적으로 작동하게 만드는 '시스템의 견고함'을 추구합니다. 하드웨어 추상화와 최적화를 통해 개발 효율성을 높이고 생산 품질을 극대화하는 문제를 함께 해결하고자 합니다.

[Main Responsibilities]

  • 펌웨어팀 소속으로 제품 개발 지원 업무 수행
  • MCU/RTOS 기반의 로봇 하드웨어 제어 로직 및 인터페이스 개발·유지보수 지원 (모터, 센서 드라이버 등)
  • 새로운 기능 추가 및 변경사항에 대한 하드웨어 연동 테스트 및 검증 작업 참여
  • 개발 과정에서의 기술 문서(데이터시트 분석, 레지스터 설정 등) 작성 및 공유

[Required Experiences and Qualifications]

  • C 또는 C++ 프로그래밍 언어에 대한 이해 및 사용 능력
  • 기본적인 하드웨어 지식 (회로도 해석 및 전자 부품에 대한 기초적인 이해)
  • STM32 MCU 개발 경험 또는 관련 프로젝트 수행 경험
  • RTOS 환경에서의 개발 경험
  • 문제 해결에 대한 적극적인 태도와 원활한 커뮤니케이션 능력

[Preferred Experiences and Qualifications]

  • 미국 본사와 영어로 소통 및 협업이 가능한 수준
  • 다양한 통신 프로토콜(UART, I2C, SPI, CAN 등)을 활용한 센서/액추에이터 제어 경험
  • 디버깅 장비(오실로스코프, 멀티미터, 로직 분석기 등) 사용 경험
  • Git 등 버전 관리 시스템 사용 경험
