[Job Summary]

Bear Robotics는 AI와 자율주행 기술을 기반으로 서비스 로봇을 넘어 제조·물류 현장의 자동화를 혁신하고 있습니다.

Regional Business Director는 창원에 상주하며 LG를 중심으로 주요 전략 고객과의 Executive Relationship을 구축하고, AMR·AMF 기반의 제조 및 물류 자동화 프로젝트를 발굴·수주하는 역할입니다.

고객의 제조 전략과 현장 과제를 파악하여 AMR, AMF 및 차세대 로봇 솔루션의 도입 기회를 구체화하고, 사내 제품·기술 조직 및 외부 SI·자동화 파트너와 협력하여 최적의 사업 제안과 상업적 조건을 설계합니다. 사업기회 발굴부터 제안, 협상 및 계약 체결을 주도하며, 수주 이후에는 프로젝트의 Executive Sponsor로서 주요 의사결정과 고객 관계를 책임집니다.

초기에는 LG 관련 프로젝트의 발굴과 수주가 가장 중요한 미션이며, 중장기적으로는 창원 및 동남권 지역의 제조 자동화 사업과 전략 고객 기반을 확대하는 역할을 수행합니다.

[Main Responsibilities]

  • 주요 전략 고객 관계 구축 및 신규 사업기회 발굴
  • 공장·물류 자동화 로봇(AMR·AMF·휴머노이드) 프로젝트 제안 및 수주 주도
  • 고객사 로봇 공급을 위한 프로젝트 전 과정 총괄
  • 프로젝트 수행을 위한 사내 기술 조직 및 외부 협력사 조율
  • 중장기 지역 사업계획 수립 및 신규 사업모델 발굴
  • 창원 오피스와 소속 구성원 관리 및 지역 사업 성장 주도

[Required Experience & Qualifications]

  • 제조, 로봇, 공장 자동화, 물류 자동화 또는 산업용 솔루션 분야에서 15년 이상의 경력을 보유하신 분
  • 제조 대기업을 대상으로 Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales 또는 Business Development를 주도한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 고객 발굴, Account Mapping, 제안, 가격 및 계약 협상에 이르기까지 대형 B2B 프로젝트의 수주 전 과정을 주도하여 실질적인 성과를 창출한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 공장 운영, 생산기술, 물류 시스템 및 제조기업의 투자·구매 의사결정 구조에 대한 높은 이해를 보유하신 분
  • 고객 경영진 및 주요 의사결정자와 신뢰 관계를 구축하고 복잡한 이해관계와 협상을 이끌 수 있는 분
  • 제품, 엔지니어링, 프로젝트 조직 및 외부 파트너를 하나의 목표로 조율할 수 있는 리더십을 보유하신 분
  • 글로벌 본사 및 해외 조직과 협업할 수 있는 비즈니스 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유하신 분
  • 입사 후 창원 지역에 거주하며 상주 근무가 가능하신 분

[Preferred Experience & Qualifications]

  • LG 전자 및 LG 계열사의 생산기술, 제조, 물류, 구매 또는 경영진과의 업무 경험과 비즈니스 네트워크를 보유하신 분
  • LG그룹 또는 주요 제조 대기업에서 사업, 생산기술, 공장 자동화 관련 임원이나 이에 준하는 조직 리더 경험을 보유하신 분
  • 제조 대기업을 대상으로 AMR, AGV, 스마트팩토리 또는 물류 자동화 관련 대형 프로젝트를 수주하거나 총괄한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 산업용 로봇, 자동화 솔루션 또는 SI 기업에서 전략 고객을 담당한 경험이 있으신 분
  • 해외 근무 또는 글로벌 프로젝트를 주도한 경험이 있으신 분
