[주요 업무 (Responsibilities)]

  • 시스템 아키텍처 설계: 로봇의 전체 전장 시스템(Main board, Sensor interface, Power system 등)의 아키텍처를 정의하고 설계합니다.
  • 고신뢰성 회로 설계: 고속 신호 처리(High-speed signal), 아날로그/디지털 혼성 회로, 전원 관리 시스템(BMS, PMIC)을 설계하고 검증합니다.
  • PCB 설계 및 해석: Multi-layer PCB 설계를 주도하며, SI/PI(Signal Integrity/Power Integrity) 시뮬레이션을 통해 신호 무결성을 확보합니다.
  • 양산 및 품질 관리: DFM(Design for Manufacturing)/DFT(Design for Test)를 고려한 설계를 수행하고, 공장(EMS)과의 협업을 통해 수율 개선 및 양산 이관을 리딩합니다.
  • 규격 인증 및 EMC/EMI: 글로벌 안전 규격(IEC, UL, ISO 13482 등) 및 EMC/EMI 인증 획득을 위한 설계 대책을 수립하고 대응합니다.
  • 기술 리더십: 하드웨어 팀의 기술적 의사결정을 주도하고, 주니어 엔지니어들의 코드/설계 리뷰 및 멘토링을 수행합니다.

[자격 요건 (Qualifications)]

  • 경력: 전자/전기 공학 관련 학사 이상 학위 소지자로, 관련 실무 경력 10년 이상인 분
  • 회로 설계: MCU, AP(Application Processor), FPGA 기반의 임베디드 시스템 하드웨어 설계 전문성 보유
  • EDA 툴: Altium Designer, OrCAD, PADS 등 회로 설계 툴 능숙 사용자 (Bear Robotics는 주로 Altium을 사용)
  • 통신 인터페이스: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, Ethernet, USB, MIPI 등 다양한 통신 프로토콜에 대한 깊은 이해
  • 모터 제어: BLDC 모터 드라이버 및 제어 회로 설계 경험
  • 양산 경험: 제품의 프로토타입부터 대량 양산(Mass Production)까지의 전체 수명 주기(Full Cycle)를 경험한 분

[우대 사항 (Preferred Qualifications)]

  • 로보틱스 도메인 경험: 자율주행 로봇(AMR), 드론, AGV 개발 경험이 있으신 분
  • BMS 설계: 리튬 이온 배터리 팩 및 배터리 관리 시스템(BMS) 설계 전문 지식
  • 안전 규격: 기능 안전(Functional Safety, ISO 13482 등) 프로세스 경험
  • 영어 소통: 글로벌 오피스(미국 본사 등)와 기술적 회의가 가능한 수준의 영어 커뮤니케이션 능력
