⭐포지션 소개

Bear Robotics는 자율주행 로봇(AMR)을 통해 물류 및 산업 환경을 혁신하고 있습니다.

Autonomous Control System (ACS)은 다수의 로봇을 제어하고 운영하는 핵심 플랫폼으로, 전 세계 고객 환경에서 dispatch, traffic control, monitoring 등의 역할을 수행합니다.

본 포지션은 ACS의 핵심 플랫폼을 함께 만들어갈 Senior Engineer를 채용하는 포지션입니다.

지원자의 경험과 강점에 따라 아래 두 가지 Focus Area 중 하나를 담당하게 됩니다.

🚀 Track A — Infrastructure & Deployment (시스템을 안정적으로 배포하고 운영하는 역할)

[What You'll Do]

  • on-premises 환경에서 ACS 배포 아키텍처 (k3s) 설계 및 운영
  • Ansible 기반 서버 프로비저닝 및 자동화 시스템 구축
  • service mesh / network layer (Envoy) 구성 및 운영
  • 안정적인 배포를 위한 표준화 및 운영 프로세스 수립
  • 장애 대응 및 운영 안정성 개선
  • observability 및 운영 tooling 개선

[What We're Looking For]

  • Platform / DevOps / Infra 경력 5년 이상
  • Kubernetes 또는 k3s 운영 경험 (on-premises 환경)
  • Ansible 기반 자동화 경험
  • Linux 시스템 이해 (network, process, storage 등)
  • Golang 또는 Python 기반 scripting 역량

  • 로보틱스 / 실시간 시스템 운영 경험
  • MQTT, gRPC 기반 시스템 경험
  • Grafana 등 모니터링 도구 경험
  • 고객사 환경 배포 경험

📊 Track B — Data Platform & Backend (데이터 흐름과 API를 설계하고 책임지는 역할)

  • MQTT / gRPC 기반 데이터 수집 파이프라인 설계 및 구축
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL 기반 데이터 모델링 및 운영
  • Golang 기반 Backend API (REST/gRPC) 개발
  • 분산 환경에서 데이터 일관성 및 안정성 확보
  • Grafana 기반 모니터링 및 alerting 체계 구축
  • 데이터 보관 및 아카이빙 전략 설계

[What We're Looking For]

  • Backend 개발 경력 4년 이상 (데이터 처리 경험 포함)
  • Golang 또는 Python 개발 역량
  • MySQL / PostgreSQL 운영 경험
  • event-driven architecture (MQTT, Kafka 등) 경험
  • REST 또는 gRPC API 설계 경험

[Preferred]

  • EMQX 등 MQTT broker 경험
  • Grafana 대시보드 구성 경험
  • IoT / 로보틱스 데이터 처리 경험
  • on-premises 환경 경험
