Jouw toekomstige taken

  • Je ontwikkelt concrete klantoplossingen Je vertaalt analyses naar scherpe inzichten en heldere deliverables die besluitvorming en verandering versnellen.
  • Je neemt eigenaarschap over projecten en transformaties Je stuurt zelfstandig een deel van een project of transformatie aan en realiseert oplossingen die organisaties duurzaam vooruit helpen
  • Je bouwt sterke klantrelaties Je bouwt zelfstandig relaties op met verschillende stakeholders en managet actief hun verwachtingen en belangen gedurende het project.
  • Je benut technologie en AI Je zet data, technologie en AI gericht in om klantoplossingen te versterken en organisaties slimmer en effectiever te laten werken.
  • Je versterkt jezelf en BearingPoint Je ontwikkelt je consultancyvaardigheden, leiderschap en inhoudelijke expertise en draagt actief bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling van BearingPoint.

  • Salaris Vanaf €47.500 per jaar, plus een jaarlijkse performancebonus van gemiddeld 4% tot 8%. De uiteindelijke inschaling is afhankelijk van je relevante werkervaring en achtergrond.

Jouw profiel

  • Achtergrond en ervaring Je hebt een afgeronde WO-masteropleiding en 2 tot 4 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld binnen consultancy, projectmanagement, business analyse, of verandertrajecten.
  • Analytisch en communicatief sterk Je doorgrondt complexe onderwerpen snel, komt tot concrete oplossingen en brengt je inzichten overtuigend over.
  • Zelfstandig en flexibel Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, brengt opdrachten proactief verder en schakelt gemakkelijk tussen klanten en onderwerpen.
  • Leergierig en gedreven Je zoekt actief naar nieuwe inzichten en wilt je ontwikkelen tot een veelzijdige consultant.
  • Digitale mindset Je hebt affiniteit met innovatie, digitalisering, data en AI en ziet hoe technologie organisaties vooruithelpt.
